Empirical Study On The Willingness Of Yiyuan County Fruit Growers To Replace Fertilizers With Organic Fertilizers

The amount of chemical fertilizer in China has been increasing rapidly.By 2016,the amount of chemical fertilizer has reached 60 million 226 thousand tons,far exceeding the level of international safety.The excessive application of chemical fertilizer not only increases the cost of agricultural production,but also leads to a series of serious ecological environmental hazards,such as soil pollution,water pollution,air pollution,and the quality and safety of agricultural products.It also aggravates the problem of high carbon emission and agricultural non-point source pollution.In the central No.1 document issued in 2017,it is pointed out in the central No.1 document of the Central Committee that the pilot project of organic manure substitute for chemical fertilizer is carried out.The scheme o·f utilization of fecal pollution in poultry and livestock is put forward from the angle of fertilizer source,which is the most important to improve the agricultural non-point source pollution,which not only provides sufficient fertilizer sources for organic manure instead of chemical fertilizer,but also wastes livestock manure into waste.Treasure,application of organic fertilizer to achieve manure recycling is the development direction during2017 and 13 th Five-Year.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper studies the factors that influence apple farmers' willingness of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer.First,on the basis of relevant literature research,a theoretical framework that affects the willingness of organic manure to replace chemical fertilizer for apple farmers is established.Secondly,on the basis of the fertilizer application cognition of apple farmers,taking Shandong Province as an example,the field investigation and investigation of organic manure replacement fertilizer intention of 143 apple farmers in the 19 villages of Yi yuan County,Zibo City,are carried out,and the questionnaire is combined with the questionnaire.And a descriptive statistical method is used to master the fertilizer input of the farmers,to understand the basic situation of the farmers,including the individual characteristics,family characteristics and the cognitive characteristics of fertilizer information.Finally,the influence factors of the farmers' willingness to replace the fertilizer application willingness of the farmers by measuring the organic manure are measured by measuring the amount of the organic manure replacing the fertilizer.Conduct in-depth analysis and research.The resultsshowed that: among the individual characteristics,respondents' age had a significant impact on apple farmers' willingness to replace organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer,and the coefficient was negative.The older the farmers are less willing to try new organic manures,the number of families engaged in Apple planting labor has a significant negative impact on the willingness of the apple farmers to replace the fertilizer will.The more families engaged in the labor force,the more agricultural income is obtained,more fertilizer is applied,and the cognitive characteristics of fertilization information are more important.The number of training times of Apple planting technology has a significant positive effect on the willingness of apple farmers to replace organic fertilizer,and the more the farmers trained by professional Apple planting technology tend to apply organic fertilizer.On the basis of systematic and thorough research on the replacement willingness of organic manure for apple farmers in Yi yuan County,in order to improve the land quality,change the irrational fertilization concept of the farmers,advocate the rational application of organic manure and reduce the application of fertilizer,it should be gradually established and perfected.To replace the subsidy policy of organic manure instead of chemical fertilizer,strengthen the market management of organic manure,increase the training and promotion of Apple planting technology,expand the correct information channels of agricultural organic manure,rationally plan the market price mechanism of organic manure,eliminate the concept of "not willing to use,use and dare not use",and strengthen the knowledge of ecological environment protection by farmers.Education should be popularized to guide the green fertilization of apple farmers.
