Camellia oleifera,as a main plant species of woody oil in China,has been paid attention by biological researchers because of its high value in production and life of humanity,especially its economic value.China is rich in Camellia oleifera resources.With the increasing market demands for intensive processing products,the planting area of Camellia oleifera is being expanded.Until now,the planting area of Camellia oleifera is more than 55,000,000 mu,and its annual seed output amounts to 835,000 tons which is equivalent to 167,000 tons of Camellia oleifera oil. Moreover,the increasing market demand for Camellia oleifera products provides a considerable potentiality to industrial development of Camellia oleifera.On the basis of investigating Camellia oleifera resources and output situation in Tongren,Guizhou province,The author gathered Camellia oleifera fruits and analyzed main economic traits and indexes of Camellia oleifera.Through a series of experiments on seedling propagation, fertilization on base and measurement of the content in chlorophyll,the research draws the following conclusions:Firstly,Most of the Camellia oleifera field is in the wild or in nature breeding status in Tong Ren District,and the forest land management condition is bad,even some is lack of manual management year to year. The big heredity changeability between inter-species causes the confused forest and the low output under dual choice of nature and manual,Actual yield per mu achieve only to the theoretical value 10%-25%in experiment chooses 8 investigation.And the fruit output of is high in maopo,in where Camellia oleifera pure crop is lack of good manual management and most uncultivated,amounting to 22981.4 per mu.On the forest of Camellia oleifera combining with Pine,fruits output is only 1520.8 per mu since the thick pine makes Camellia oleifera lack sunlight and nutrition.Secondly,this research determined Camellia oleifera fruit economic character in the different place gathering,shape of Camellia oleifera fruit has mainly several kinds such as the peach shape,the sphere shape,the Chinese olive shape,orange shape in the Tongren area by red,olivine two kind of colors primarily,each different habitat's fruit shape and fruit color have the difference.Camellia oleifera fruit's average fruit diameter,the fruit are high,fruit thickness respectively is 31.50mm,32.02mm,3.27mm in all habitat.Average fruit shape index of Camellia oleifera is 1.01. After the analytical study,there are the remarkable relevance among rate of fresh and dry seed,the kernel rate,oil rate of the kernel and fresh seed. Through taking mean value of the Camellia oleifera the fruit to be high, the fruit diameter,peel thickness and the fruit shape index,and generalized analysis the Camellia oleifera fruit economic character's relevance in various sampling points,the fruit diameter's inverse correlation coefficient is biggest,is in the fruit morphology the most important target.In the Camellia oleifera oil length target,fresh the seed rate has the significant influence to oil rate of the kernel and fresh seed.and has not obvious with other various indices significance.Thirdly,the main reproducing ways of Camellia oleifera are seed reproduction,cutting reproduction and grafting reproduction.During early producing process,directly growing from seed reproduction is the major way,the cuttage reproduces,because the survival rate is relatively low,and stric request to the light,warm,the water as well as the humidity, generally does not have widely to use.Research has made the new breakthrough in Camellia oleifera aspect,while the new grafted technology is applied in the Camellia oleifera production,grafted the technology synthesized merit of the seed multiplication and the cuttage reproduction technology and has solved the problem of unstable output because the tea-oil tree changeability brought,therefore,high quality seedling are cultivated in the seed multiplication and the cuttage multiplication foundation in Camellia oleifera production.The result of experiment on seed reproduction shows:various hormone operations have different influences on germinating rate of camellia oleifera. Gibberelin conducting seed germinating is at the highest speed among the four operations.Compared with different density operations,the germinating effect of density in 200ppm is better than 100ppm and 150ppm.Cutting reproduction is classified into hard branch and soft branch(green branch) cutting.Through the experiment,conducted by ABT,the group T1B1 of hard branch and B2T2 of soft branch are the highest generating rate,reaching 75.6%and 90%.The generating rate of reproduction which is conducted by hormone is higher than the unconducted one.During proportioning operation in different qualities, the arrange group in highest generating rate is 75%loess plus 15%land and 10%humus.Fourthly,in the actual Camellia oleifera forestry management process,the reasonable proportion of the fertilization can not only promote real absorption of the nutrition for Camellia oleifera,but also raise the working efficiency and save the cost.In the formula fertilization experiment,Camellia oleifera growth is better when compound fat used than the sole fertilizer fat.The test suggests:the best fertilization proportion for three fertilizers(N, P,and K) is 250g,200g,200g per mu to 2 to 3 years to live seedling in the production.
