The exploit and utilization of biomass energy is an effective method for relieving the pressures of energy crisis and environmental pollution cellulose hydrolysis technology which can convert biomass energy to reducing sugars,and with the fermentation of reducing sugars,we can get ethanol and other high add-value chemical material.In this thesis, the technics of biomass pretreatment and acid-hydrolysis was summarized. We study acid-hydrolysis and hydrolysate disposed on the lignocelluslose with poplar chips and corn as materials.The main content and results are summarized as follow:The concentrated sulfuric acid-hydrolysis and diluted sulfuric acid-hydrolysis of poplar chips was investigated. We discussed the effect of the concentration of sulfuric acid ,reative time, temperature and ratio of liquid to poplar chips on the hydrolysis.The results show that the optimum conditions of concentrated sulfuric acid-hydrolysis are as follow: the concentration of sulfuric acid is 70% the temperature is 60℃, the reative time is 2h,the ratio of liquid to poplar chips is 10.The yield of sugar is 96.4% with these conditions. The optimum conditions of diluted sulfuric acid-hydrolysis are as follow: the concentration of sulfuric acid is 2.5%, temperature is 200℃, the reative time is 30min,the ratio of liquid to poplar chips is 10.The yield of sugar is 64.5%with these conditions.Sulfuric acid-hydrolysis of poplar chips was investigated with the little weight ratio of pure acid to dry wood chips. Study on the effect of temperature, hydrolysis time and the second hydrolysis time on the yield of sugar. The results show that the best yield of sugar is 61.9% with the optimized conditions which the temperature is 95℃, the hydrolysis time is 0.5h and the second hydrolysis time is 2h. This method can gain better effect with little weight ratio of pure acid to dry wood chips.The concentrated sulfuric acid-hydrolysis and diluted sulfuric acid-hydrolysis of corn was investigated.The study showed that the optimum conditions of concentrated sulfuric acid-hydrolysis are as follow: the concentration of sulfuric acid is 70%, the temperature is 55℃,the reative time is 2h. The optimum conditions of diluted sulfuric acid-hydrolysis are as follow: the concentration of sulfuric acid is 1%, temperature is 160℃, the reative time is 60min. Study on the effect of the temperature on the hydrolysis of cellulose and hemicellulose of corn. The results show that the hemicellulose but no cellulose was hydrolyzed with 120℃,the cellulose was hydrolyzed with 160℃.Study on the refining hydrolysate.The results show that the adsorptive resin,the anion resin and the cation resin worked best with 25 times bed volume,25 times bed volume,45 times bed volume.We can refining hydrolysate with mix resin bed.The ratio of bed volume is 1:1:2.
