One of effective way to resolve energy crisis is developing biomass fuel alcohol technology energetically. This paper use the poplar planted widely in China and especial woods of Salix,Caragana in northwest area as the test materials, and determine their chemical component; Attenuant acid hydrolysis test is progressed recur to whole gene design in different former plasm concentration,acid concentration,time,temperature, and alternant enzyme hydrolysis test is progressed in different enzyme quantity,pH,time and temperature. The better conditions of hydrolysis for dextrose to three kinds of wood are searched and separating the dextrose by HPLC is also studied.This test adopts two step technics of acid hydrolysis in advance and enzyme hydrolysis later. Through research and analysis of data, it is observed that cellulose content of Salix and Caragana outclass poplar and over 50%, which shows that sand shrub have crude ascendant condition to hydrolyze for fuel alcohol. In acid hydrolysis stage: acid concentration,time and temperature is tarnal distinct to test results and former plasm concentration take second place; Acid hydrolysis for dextrose quality by Caragana is higher than Salix and higher than poplar,and the better factors and levels for later enzyme hydrolysis is also been investigated. In enzyme hydrolysis stage: the author discusses the primary and secondary order of wood transforming to dextrose influenced by all the enzyme hydrolysis factors. According to optimizing the technics, the enzyme hydrolysis factors and levels adapt to three kinds of wood are be found. In addition, the HPLC results of acid hydrolyzate and enzyme hydrolyzate show that the solution all have xylose and dextrose and other sugar, enzyme hydrolyzate dextrose concentration of Caragana is higher than salix, and two kinds of sand shrub are higher than poplar, which inosculate the former test results preferably.
