The measure system of stand spatial structure is an important tool in modern forest resource management, and also an important tool for standard calibrate data treatment in digital forest. In accordance with the more and more, the deeper and deeper studies of stand spatial structure, precise, structuralized and optimized theory on forest management is the inheriting and development to the traditional forest management theory. It affords substantial theoretical basis and methods for an universal stand spatial measurement system of forest. Most achievements on this aspect, however, have not been integrated into systems.For this situation, this paper selects a large amount of observed sample plot data as the test basis to set up a measure system , and mingling,neighborhood pattern,neighborhood comparison which are broadly used in the measure of stand spatial structure as integrated system object. This paper discussed the study method and relevant technique on component-based of measure system of stand spatial structure in detail. Employing object-oriented technique, the author designed a self-defined formula assemble and applied it into the measure system of stand spatial structure, in order to extend to a function of self-defined measure account. And also, this system realized such functions as distribution of position of each sample according to holistic distribution sketch, in which each species could be distinguished by different colors and calculation of measure of stand spatial structure in common use and educing function of sample data and report form of measure/count exporting and conserving function combining with the powerful functions of universal software OFFICE and EXCEL.Delphi 7 is adopted as the development platform for this system, EXCEL file is adopted as standard file format for data exchange, and ADO(ActiveX Data Objects) is adopted as intermediate file for the data exchange. It is sure that the system is able to provide a substantial foundation for supervision of forest resource, reasonable projecting of sustainable development of forest resources and utilizing forest resource and digital forest.
