Artificial Culture Technique And Obserbations On The Morphological Structure Of Digestive System Of Gekko Gecko

The study tries to survey the mascoscopic and micro structure of Gekko gecko's digestive system by researching Gakka geche's function form with anatomy and histology approach,and meantime,the study also tries to survey the current situation of artificial culturing Gekko gecko. The main results are listed as following:Firstly.the paper observes the digestive system of Gekko gecko from the anatomy aspect. The basic pattern of Gekko gecko's digestive system is similar to others Lizards,and it has the following features:jagged presentations exist in both upper jaw and lower jaw,the oral gland lies on both sides of glote,its stomach bends as an "S" and lies in the midline to the left of the body, it parallels to the body axon. Its ecum appears on the junction of large intestine and small intestine. It has two three pyramid-shaped liver where there are black brown stains. Its pancreas which is light yellow lies near the duodenum, and its ductus pancreaticus meets the common bile duct on the ektexine of duodenum,the ductus pancreaticus and the common bile has a common opening on duodenum.Secondly,the paper observes the microstructure of Gekko gecko's digestive system. The result is similar to other Lizard animals and the features are listed as followings:the gastrointestinal wall has a typical structure which contains four layers,they are mucouslayer,submucouslayer, muscular layer and serolayer. Mild keratinocyte appears in oral mucosal epithelium. Fundus gland is simple tubular gland. It has an unconspicuous lobular architecture,however,many pigment cell population can be ovserved in the liver. There is no branch phenomenon in pancreas,the endocrine portion (pancreas islet) intersperses among exocrine portion and no clear demarcation exists.Thirdly,the paper tries to survey techniques of artifically culturing the Gekko gecko. Its cultivation can be divided in to the following patterns:bionic herding in the open air,indoor herding and to combine both indoor and open-air herding,indoor artificial culture in cages and culture without hibernation. Since the techniques of is gradually mature,artifically culturing the Gakka geche can be achieved. However,the management is not standard and the breeding sites are relatively in a small size,there is much still remains to be done to develop the technique of artificially culturing Gekko gecko.All in all,this paper tries to provide references for a depth discussion of the physiological funtion characteristics of Gekko gecko,the paper also tries to provide basic data for researching comparative histologic and nosology of Lizard animials,the paper can also be of help for the raisers to culture Gekko gecko in a more scientific and efficient way.
