Rice is a self-pollinated crops, flower structure and not for self-help outcrossing. Exposure rate of stigma, stigma traits such as length and width determine the ability of the female parent of pollination, seed production determines breeding production. Therefore, the characteristics of stigma for the genetic improvement can provide a theoretical basis for parental guidance matching to improve the seed production of great significance. In this study, the F5 Chuan Xiang 29B/Lemont groups on stigma related traits were studied, the main results are as follows:1.Construction of a marker that contains 59pairs of SSR genetic linkage map, map of total length of 778.3cM, The average distance between markers 13.19cM2.Through correlation analysis, the total exposure rate of stigma and stigma and stigma exposed unilateral bilateral exposure rate was very significant positive correlation; stigma length and stigma width was highly significant positive orrelation; stigma traits with the exposed stigma long, stigma width no significant correlation3.Three QTLs distributing on three chromosomes were detected for Stigma exposure rate.4.One QTLs associated with STL were detected. Two QTLs for STB was found.
