Genetic Basis Dissection For Fertility Stability And Percentage Of Exerted Stigma Of Rice Cytoplasma Male Sterile Lines

This study was crossing Zhenshan97A with each line of backcross recombinant inbred lines(BRIL) in order to make a testcross F₁ population with background of cytoplasmic male sterility to map quantitative trait locus(QTL) of seed-setting percentage,percentage of exerted stigma,spikelets per panicle,heading date,plant height and breed sterile lines with background of 9311.There were 5 QTLs of natural seed-setting percentage,locating on the chromosome 1,5,8,11,11,in which locus RM151-RM8083 on chromosome 1 was detected in two years in testcross F₁ population. There were 4 QTLs of bagged seed-setting percentage,locating on the chromosome 1, 6,11,11,in which loci RM151-RM8083 on chromosome 1 and RM589-RM584 on chromosome 6 were detected in two years in testcross F₁ population.There were 9 QTLs of percentage of exerted stigma,locating on chromosome 1,1,2,3,5,5,7,8,9, in which locus RM267-RM169 on chromosome 5 was detected in two years in testcross F₁ population.There were 4 QTLs of percentage of single exerted stigma,locating on chromosome 1,5,7,9,in which locus RM267-RM169 on chromosome 5 was detected in two years in testcross F₁ population too.There were 5 QTLs of percentage of double exerted stigma,locating on chromosome 1,3,5,7,8,in which locus RM267-RM169 on chromosome 5 was detected in two years in testcross F₁ population.There were 5 QTLs of spikelets per panicle,locating on chromosome 4,7,7,8,8,in which no locus was detected in two years in testcross F₁ population.There were 4 QTLs of heading date, locating on chromosome 5,7,8,8,in which RM3583- RM7110 on chromosome 7 was detected in two years in testcross F₁ population.There were 3 QTLs of plant height, locating on chromosome 7,8,12,in which loci RM3583-RM7110 on chromosome 7 and RM5428-RM25 on chromosome 8 were detected in two years in testcross F₁ population.There were 5 QTLs of heading date,locating on chromosome 6,7,7,7,8, in which loci RM589-RM584 on chromosome 6 and RM25-MRG2181 on chromosome 8 were detected in two years in backcross recombinant inbred lines.There were 7 QTLs of plant height,locating on chromosome 1,3,5,7,7,8,10,in which locus RM6364—MRG4348 on chromosome 10 was detected in two years in backcross recombinant inbred lines.
