With the extensive use of artificial insemination in livestock technology, semen preservation technique becomes more and more important. Boar semen cryopreservation technical procedures are complicated, need a high technical requirements, but the post-thaw sperm survival rate is very low, which leads to the low rate of artificial insemination. From the effect of boar preservation in liquid, the ambient temperature is more conducive to the boar breeding, it also produces greater economic benefits. This experiment examined the quality of boar semen supplemented with different concentrations of several antioxidants or replaced the extender at ambient temperature conditions. From the motility, viability, acrosome integrity percentage, tail coiling percentage, DNA damage percentage, and cleavage rate and blastocyst rate of in vitro fertilization,we evaluated semen quality of boar during.10 days. Achieved the following results:1.Supplemented with 1 mM, 5 mM GSH are all able to improve the quality of sperm preservation. Supplemented with 1 mM GSH got the best effect.2. Supplemented with 2mM, 4mM cysteine can improve the quality of sperm preservation. Supplemented with 2mM got the best effect.3. Supplemented with 0.2 mM BHT can significantly improve the quality of sperm preservation.4. The replacement of extender make the sperm quality of the first five days has no significant differences, from the fifth day there is a significant drop in sperm quality.
