Transgenic herbicide-resistant crop develop rapidly in recent years, particularly in an area of glyphosate resistant crops, its advantages are clear. To this end, through the use and development of glyphosate resistance genes, we not only clear their resistance law, but also clone and use them as breeding materials.Glyphosate is successful developed by USA Monsanto in 1971 which is a broad-spectrum anti-nature,inner suction-conduction type herbicide which is safety to humans and animals and the environment, has been the world's fastest-growing number of applications, the largest use of pesticides. herbicide-resistant transgenic crops has been extensive and in-depth research and the success of large-area applications . In particular the study to conversion plants by useing glyphosate resistant plant own genes will be of great special significance. In this study, Glyphosate resistance gene has been carried out genetic analysis and marked, losated by the use of SSR molecular markers ,with the Northeast Agricultural University glyphosate resistant strains 89-09 and 89-05-3, and susceptible strains 89-13 and 89-21 for the test materials, through the F2 groups of the two sets of hybrid combinations 89-05-3/89-13 and 89-09 / 89-21. The results are as follows:1.By using 89-05-3/89-13 and 89-09/89-21 resistant and susceptible hybrid combination, the identification of glyphosate resistance in the seedling stage showed that: the resistance of the reciprocal cross F1 groups of both combinations in the spraying of glyphosate both showed the high resistance to glyphosate, indicated that the glyphosate resistance of resistance parent is under the control of the nucleus dominant gene.2. by chi-square test to verify, the resistant and susceptible separation results of the F2 groups of 89-05-3/89-13 and 89-09/89-21 resistant and susceptible hybrid combinations were in line with 3:1 separation ratio, indicated that 89-05-3 and 89-09 genetic resistance to glyphosate was controlled by one dominant gene.3.By using 294 pairs of kidney bean SSR primers and 159 plants 89-05-3/89-13 F2 mapping groups ,anti-glyphosate gene was carried markers and positioning. Primer BM143, BM156, BM164 were linked with the anti-glyphosate gene.4. the results analyzed by Mapmaker3.0 software show that the glyphosate resistance gene is located between marker BM164 and BM156;the genetic distance is 6.7 cM, 3.3cM and 4.4 cM,respectively. The results of this study have laid a foundation for kidney bean resistance breeding as well as fine mapping and map-based cloning of glyphosate resistance gene.
