In this study, Jinda73and paternal RR1and hybrids34strains as experimental material, the first pro-spraying glyphosate measured chlorophyll, soluble sugar, MDA, relative conductivity and prolyl changes in acid content; then examined the parents and34offspring resistance to glyphosate; Finally, parents and agronomic traits34offspring were analyzed. Use of the Quantity One, Excel, SPSS software, parental genetic characteristics and34progeny yield, quality and resistance were studied for breeding high-yield soybean glyphosate resistant new varieties provides a theoretical and practical basis. Specific conclusions are as follows:1ã€Determination of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, MDA, relative conductivity changes and proline content in the parent to discuss the impact of parental glyphosate spraying glyphosate on a daily basis by the two parents.2ã€By conducting field observations and laboratory PCR technology to identify after spraying glyphosate imported cases parents and34hybrids of field resistance and glyphosate-resistant gene, and clarify the lines of glyphosate-resistant case.3ã€Agronomic traits of parents and their offspring were correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis, draw some factors affecting plant yield and agronomic traits screened out some good lines.4ã€Parents and offspring of protein and fat were measured:By determination of parents and their offspring34strains of protein and fat content, screened out of three protein and fat content than the parent strains. |
