Trichoderma is a kind of common fungus, also it is a broad spectrum of antagonistic bacteria. It can antagonize a variety of pathogenic fungi, In particular, it can antagonize soil-borne pathogens. At present, the Trichoderma which is found in antagonistic microbes is the most promising biocontrol factor. By means of antagonism effect, competitive effect, re-parasitic effect, promoting health effect, bacteriolysis effect etc, Trichoderma inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria.By ultraviolet radiation treating, and comparing the growing rate and antagonism capacity of the mutant strain, a highly antagonistic of Trichoderma strains was screened out (named LX-19-63). Different fermentation conditions will affect the inhibitory effect of Trichoderma. The effect of a number of factors on the inhibitory effect of Trichoderma was studied through the single factor and, including the carbon source, nitrogen source, initial pH value, and inoculum's size, loading volume and fermentation days. The results showed that the optimal carbon source were the glucose, quality scores for 3.0 percent. The optimal nitrogen source was ammonium sulfate, quality scores for 0.2 percent. The inhibitory effect was best with an initial pH value of 6.0, and Trichoderma viride inoculated with 6 % inoculums in 250 mL with 60 mL fermented liquid for five days.In order to test the influences that different fermentation conditions exert on protein production, the experiment compares protein production which is extracted from the Trichoderma broth of different Carbon, different Nitrogen, and different PH, define the best fermentation conditions. With glucose of 3.0%, ammonium sulfate of 2%, an initial pH value of 6.0, Intracellular production of proteins is best.Intracellular active ingredients produced by Trichoderma LX-19-63 was purified: fermentation broth was treated after centrifugalization(6500r/min, 20 min), acetone precipitation, and Superdex G-25 gel column, using protein purification system, salting-out protein mixture, we got two kinds of active ingredient.
