With the Ruby seedless grape plantlets in vitro as the materials, they were cultivated in the artificial climatic box with different color fluorescent lamp(blue, red, yellow, green, white). The aim of this paper is to study growth and development and endogenous hormones contents of different organs in the test-tude seedlings of grape plantlets under different light quality for demonstrating that light is the key factor enhancing the growth and development in vitro. Following researchs have been done.1. Different light quality treatments, grape growth and development in vitro are different. Under green light 7th, rooting rate of grapevine plantlet is higher than other light quality, and reached 89.47%, At 35th day plant height , internode length , rooting coefficient was significantly higher than other light quality treatment. However, root length and fresh weight were lower than other than the quality of light, therefore, the result indicated that grapevine in vitro is able to overgrowing under grown in green light environment, Pre-irradiation green induced rooting early, inhibited rooting rate after more than 7th. In red light, rooting rate was lowest, it was indicated that rooting was inhibited in red light environment. Internode length and plant height under blue light were lowest. Fresh weight and root length were biggest with white irradiation.2. With the different light quality exposing, leaves, stems, roots of endogenous hormone content in grapevine show significient difference. IAA and ZR contents were lowest, at 14th day, GA3 contents of stems were highest. IAA contents were highest red light at 7th day, leaves and stems highest at 14th day, IAA contents of stems and leaves were highest Under red light, but lowest under green light. Growth hormones contens were higher white light after 14 day. IAA contents leaves were highest under blue light 7th day, lower than white light later.The change of GA3 contents of stems indicate imbalance. GA3 of roots contents were lowest under yellow light 21 day. The changes endogenous hormone of different organs is more stable, growth hormone contens higher than other light later, ABA of roots is also lowest.3. Under different light quality treated, Chlorophyll Chlorophyll b,chlorophylla+b,carotenoids contents of grapevine plantlet followed by the blue > white> red> yellow> green light. Blue light is in favor of chlorophyll and carotenoid formation, white light was lower than blue light only, green light is not conducive to the formation of chlorophyll and carotenoids. Fv/Fm in blue and green light has similar to white light, reached 0.81, and yellow light was lowest. Fv'/Fm' in the white light was highest and have significant difference, green light was lowest.ΦPSII of grapevine was highest under white, red, blue light, and have no significant difference. qP of grapevine plantlet was highest, diferent light have significant difference.
