With the promotion of new agricultural technology, a large number of good seeds for the harvest of agricultural production have laid a good foundation. Being one of the many aspects of agricultural production, seed quality directly impacts on the entire crop growth cycle, and will determine the final yield and quality. To develop advanced, efficient and reliable machines is the key of enhancing such part, and accordingly one suitable control system should be designed to assure the machines'performance.The paper mainly introduces is used to build an Agricultural Seed Coating Machine Control System based on chips C8051F000, including the software and hardware, and processing to debug. The paper This paper analyzes the seed coating equipment features, And on this basis to build the necessary modules: I/O control,A/D,keyboard,LED display,transducer control module and other functions. The simulation for the Circuit design and the application of the relevant modules is performed with Multisim and Protel .Produced the corresponding PCB board. Established to the work flow chart of the coating machine and CIP-51 core-based software systems design, the completion of the CIP-51 core of the UART serial port driver to receive and send, to initialize the port and the oscillator, A / D sampling four modules using hardware, so as to achieve for the precise control of the feed motor and hydraulic motor, application of U-EC5 simulation debug.
