Study On Control System Of Herbage Seed Pelletizing Coating Machine

Seed pelleting can not only improve the mechanical properties of seed surface,but also help to improve the germination rate and survival rate of seeds.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the pelleting and coating equipment of forage seeds.Aiming at the problems of low automation,poor quality and backward pelletizing technology of forage seed pelletizing coating,an intelligent control system of forage seed pelleted coating machine based on vibration force field was designed.The system mainly includes feeding control system,seed-liquid real-time mixed control system and pelleted coating control system.With single chip computer as the control core,it integrates programming and sensor technology.Besides,the real-time mixing and precise control of seed and seed coating agent can be realized according to the given seed amount.At the same time,the parameters of rotating speed of the coating pot,the inclination angle between the coating pot and the frame,and the vibration frequency of the coating pot can be adjusted in real time.On the basis of completing the hardware design and software design of the system,the system is debugged.Through a lot of experiments,the control parameters of seed supply system,mixing system and pelleted coating system were determined.The results are as follows:In the seed supply system,the error between the measured standard seed weight and the actual seed weight is not more than 1%,and the motor drives the dialer to feed about 50 g seeds per second of rotation.In the mixing system,when the feeding time is increased by 1 s,the amount of powder is increased by 4.16 g.When the time of liquid supply increased by 1 s,the volume of liquid supply increased by 1.43 ml.In pelleted coating system,the actual frequency range of frequency converter is adjustable from 0 to 94.4 Hz.The speed of the coating pot can be adjusted from 0 to 70 r/min,and the speed of the coating pot increases by 0.19 r/min with the increase of the voltage of the frequency converter by 0.02V.The frequency range of the coated pot is adjustable from 0 to 39 Hz,and the frequency of the coated pot increases by 0.08 Hz with the increase of the voltage of the frequency converter by 0.02V.The angle between the horizontal axis and the horizontal plane of the coated pot can be adjusted from 0 to 179.8°,and the maximum deviation between the preset angle and the actual angle is not more than 0.3°.The system can realize the real-time and accurate control of the whole seed pelleted coating machine,and effectively improve the working efficiency of the equipment.
