Preliminary Research On Constructive Technology Of The Forest Fire Danger Warning System In The Forest Recreation

State-owned forest farm are the most basic level of forestry business units, and it's responsible for nurturing and protecting forest resources. Taking Gan Shan National Forest Park as a example,it takes the forest fire prevention design as a target to explore how to construct the forest fire warning system in the forest fire recreation .After the forest fire that occurred on May 6,1987, forest fire prevention has made great achievements in GanShan National Forest Park, but the current situation of the forest fire prevention and management is incompatible with the status of standardization of forest fire prevention work serious situation, more and more difficult task mission.There are still many outstanding problems. Being based on the status of forest fire prevention, the detailed analysis of the status of the forest fire,the policy of putting prevention first and combining prevention with control,the guidance of the principle to long-term focus on the reality Gan Shan National Forest Park,the article make a forest fire prevention design for the next ten years abiding by the national forest protection laws.According to it's natural, economic, and social conditions,ensured the most important period of forest fire prevention in each year and it's divisions of the forest fire danger. It designed for the organization,it's command systems,it's information transmission network, fire regulations,fire source management systems, regulations and facilities, forest fires monitoring systems, forecasting systems, fire isolation system, the system of fighting with the forest fire, meanwhile it analysed the progress of project construction, the investment budget the sources of funds, and implementation of effective forest fire prevention planning,put forward a proposal to implement the measures and countermeasures for the National Forest Park .It give advice on how to do well in it's organization,infrastructure construction, publicity and education, the forest fire management etc. to give suggestions and countermeasures for further improve the forest fire management of national forest park.
