This article is focus on four kinds of rice in experiment, they are Koshihikari(Japonica), Aktakomati(Japonica), Gangyou527 (Hybrid rice), and IR72(Indica). Put these four kinds of rice under the condition of high-temperature and weak-light during the period of grain filling; analyze the influence on rice grain protein formation with the stress of high-temperature and weak-light, and study the mechanism of its influence from the view of enzyme. This article will provide a theoretical reference for improving rice quality, better understanding the influence mechanism of high-temperature and weak-light stress on the quality of rice in grain period and avoiding or decreasing the harm of high temperature and weak light. Experimental results are below.1.The influence of high-temperature and weak-light on rice grain protein content and aminoacid.â‘ Rice protein content much increased during grain fill period under high-temperature and weak-light and reached peak 31 days after treatment. The change of these four kinds of rice was significant. Japonica and indica are much sensible to warm light.â‘¡Aminoacid content, essential and non-essential aminoacid of these four kinds of rice much increased under high-temperature and weak-light, except individual aminoacid. The total aminoacid, essential and non-essential aminoacid increased much higher than Japonica's. The content change of individual aminoacid of each kind is significant.2.The influence of high-temperature and weak-light on key enzymes activity of protein metabolism.â‘ The impact of high-temperature and weak-light on NR activity of the flag leaf were the same in the four kinds of rice, they all increased. And japonica's NR activity increased stronger than indica rice's. â‘¡The changes of GS activity under condition of high-temperature and weak-light are not significant, the GS activity of Japonica rice's grain increased, but the indica rice's and hybrid rice's reduced. That's to say, the effect of temperature and light on grain's GS activity were different with the kinds.â‘¢Under the condition of high-temperature and weak-light, the protease activity of the flag leaf all increased in the four kinds of rice, that means high-temperature and weak-light was conducive to the transfer of the protein degradation.
