Air-and-screen cleaning device is widely used in the rice combine, which is important constituents and directly affect the working performance on the complete machine, To improve the cleaning quality of combine as soon as possible is the bottleneck problem of solving the further development of the rice producing in our country. Based on the longitudinal axial flow of rice combine which is widely accepted in the society, in order to realize the purpose to improve the cleaning performance of the cleaning device of it, the cleaning device is designed and studied which has important meaning to guide producing.The air-and-screen cleaning device test-bed of longitudinal Axial Flow is designed in this study which has the character of the adjustable construction and working parameters, the test-bed can realize the experimental study on the parameters which affect the cleaning performance and high-speed photography and air flow field. Using computer data acquisition system and monitor configuration to realize data acquisition and processing monitor intelligently, the system is working credibility and high testing. The test-bed has the character of simple structure and convenient operation and adjustment. Using the experimental test-bed of cleaning device as the flatform, taking the power consumption, dirt percentage and percentage loss in the process of cleaning as the performance index, taking feed rate,crank rotational speed,centrifugal fan rotational speed and centrifugal fan rake angle as the parameters, the effect of these parameters on the cleaning performance index is studied. And we gain the distributing rule of the screen underflow along the cross direction and longitudinal direction. The following research works have been done in this thesis:(1)The effect of feed rate,crank rotational speed,centrifugal fan rotational speed and centrifugal fan rake angle on power consumption,dirt percentage and percentage loss is discussed through single factor experimental. The results showed that: dirt percentage is decrease, percentage loss and power consumption are increase followed by the increase of centrifugal fan rotational speed; dirt percentage and percentage loss is decrease firstly and then increase followed by the enlarge centrifugal fan rake angle; change of centrifugal fan rake angle has no effect on the power consumption; dirt percentage and percentage loss are both enlarge and power consumption is some decrease followed by the enlarge crank rotational speed; dirt percentage is increase, percentage loss is decrease and power consumption is little increase followed by the enlarge feed rate.(2)We research the distributing rule of the screen underflow and dirt percentage along the cross direction and longitudinal direction by experiment taking diversity feed rate,diversity crank rotational speed,diversity centrifugal fan rotational speed and diversity centrifugal fan rake angle as the parameters.We gain the distributing rule of the screen underflow total weight,seed weight,impurity weightand dirt percentage along the cross direction and longitudinal direction.(3) the experimental method of secondary orthogonal orating trial design of three factors five levels was used,regression equations about performance indexes and cleaning factors had been built.It determined the relation between parameter(scrank rotational speed,centrifugal fan rotational speed and centrifugal fan rake angle)of air-and-screen cleaning device of longitudinal axial flow and performanceindexe(spower consumption,dirt percentage and percentage loss).Using MATLAB software,optimizedtechnology parameters had been analyzed with priority target function law,and concluded that crankrotational speed is 235r/min,centrifugal fan rotational speed is 764r/min, centrifugal fan rake angle is28°.performance indexes request very much.
