Cleaning device is important constituents of the combine and directly affect the working performance on the complete machine. To improve the cleaning quality of combine is the bottleneck problem of solving the further development of the rice producing in our country.. Based on the study of the longitudinal axial flow threshing and separating device, in order to provide reliable thereunder for the modification on the traditional models and the design for the mew model, the cleaning device is studied to improve the performance of the device.Using the experimental test-bed of air-and-screen cleaning device as the flat roof taking the power consumption, dirt percentage and percentage loss in the process of cleaning as the performance index, taking crank radius,screen dip angle,hole size of scale screen and cross flow blowers rotational speed as the parameters, the effect of these parameters on the cleaning performance index is studied. And we gain the distributing rule of the screen underflow along the cross direction and longitudinal direction.Using the experimental method of quadratic orthogonal rotating design of three factors and five levels of design, regression equation about various factors and performance indexes has been established. Use of the performance index of the regression equation, adopted the priority objective function, using MATLAB to solve the optimization problem. The optimal parameters were found that crank radius is 14mm, screen inclination angle is 10°and scale sieve hole size is 8°.
