This study mixes MSW and livestock manure to compost it. Chosen the main control parameters (eg.aeration, moisture of material, ratio of raw material and composting time)as the factor,based on aerobic compost technique and patent equipment to optimizes the best techniqueal parameters.Used fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the heating rate and the duration of high temperature, combined with bellyworm spawn and E.coli testing. The results indicated that Disposal 1 and Disposal 4 iare not meet the sound requirements, bellyworm spawnkill rates were <12% and 5%, the detection rate of E. coli were> 10-1, which failed to meet the sound requirements. The temperature of Disposal 2, Disposal 3, Disposal 5 , Disposal 6 and Disposal 7 indicated that fuzzy comprehensive analysis showed higher levels of sound, bellyworm spawnreach 100% kill rate, the detection rate of E.coli were <10-1. This tells that all of Disposal 2, Disposal 3, Disposal 5, Disposal 6 , Disposal 7 and Disposal 8, could become a reality with the sound of livestock and poultry manure.Choose temperature, smell and colors, chemical indicators Of the Cs/Ns, T value, WSC / WSN, NH4+-N and NO3-N ratio, plant toxicity test of seed germination index of compost maturity as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of compost maturity. The results showed that the maturity in order to Disposal 3 = Disposal 6> Disposal 7> Disposal 5 = Disposal 8> Disposal 2, in which 2 of the composting for the lowest level-it is not maturity. Which could achieve the maturity of the composting is Dispotal 3, 6 and Disposal 7. Disposal 7 could achieve the basic decomposition products, while the composting products of Disposal 3 and 6 can reach the highest level.Based on the organic matter, TN, TP, TK and the determination of humic acid content in the composting showed that the organic matter, TN, TP and TK content in composting of Disposal 3 are 35.63%, 2.18%, 1.65%, 1.69%, respectively, P Disposal 6 are 43.93%, 2.73%, 2.78%, 2.23%, respectively, Disposal 7 are 21.06%, 2.70%, 0.93%, 1.71%, respectively, which are much higher than the NY525 -2002 requirements of≥10%,≥0.5%,≥0.3% and≥1.0% , respectively. the humic acid content of Disposal 3, 6, 7 are 13.90%, 22.10 % and 15.40%, respectively,.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the results showed that the level of compostng quality followed by Disposal 6> Disposal 7> Disposal 3, Disposal 6 is the best disposal.Integrated temperature indicators, targets and composting nutrients,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results showed that The Disposal 6 is still the best disposal.The before and after water-soluble organic compost (DOM) fluorescence properties of Disposal 6 indicate that the shorter wavelength fluorescence peak (Characterization of low molecular weight, relatively simple molecular structure of components) reduced, and longer-wavelength fluorescence peak (Characterization of high molecular weight, more complex level of aromatization components) increased. Three-dimensional fluorescence patterns revealed that maturity composting fluorescent protein peak after the disappearance of the fluorescent DOM that group from the structure of simple substances-like protein into the class structure of the complex humic substances.In summary, through fuzzy synthesis evaluation for temperature indicator,maturiry and nutrient component in composting, select the Disposal 6 as the best oneraeration is 1.8 L/min·kg-1, moisture of material is 56%, MSW(dry weight) percent is 33% and composting time is 26d. This composting process of this technique is hazard-free treatment, of which the maturity is high, and the product is better.
