With the adjustment of the agricultural structure and the industrialization of agriculture in the process of large-scale, intensive animal farming industry de veloping rapidly. However, as animal husbandry and agricultural management is weak and out of touch aquaculture industry, manures result of the environmentt al pollution problem has become increasingly serious. Composting is manures resources, minimization, using the sound of an effective channel. Its mainshortco ming is a long time composting and composting process nutrients, especially nitr ogen loss has greatly affected the composting products's quality. Shorting the ti me of composting and controling nitrogen loss of composting has become a hot spot.This test from the porcine manure isolated 77 bacteria, through first and second screen test selected from the five with strong decomposition of H2S and the ability H3S strain. After initial identification, them are: Brachybacterium sp. ; Bacillus sphaericus; Pseudomonas sp. ; Caryophanon Peshkoff and Bacillu's pasteurii. Named them CN-1, CN-2, ZY-1, WJ-1 and W J-2. Strains of five combined effects were found that WJ-2 stiffness plant bacteria, ZY-1 and CN-2 pad combination, ZY-1,CN-2 and W J-2 argues with a strong portfolio of decomposition H2S and H3N capacity.Screening will be the best combination of strains by0.1% added to Porcine manure composting, the maturity indicator (temperature, moisture, pH, microb ial and C/N) and fertilizer efficiency indicators (water-soluble ammonia content, total nitrogen and total phosphorus content of the content) to determine the right combination of the addition of compost and well-rotted compost maturity effect Fertilizer products of the impact. The results showed that the strain of CN-1,ZY-1 and W J-2 pad combination of maturity indicators and fertilizer efficiency is higher than the other two types of airplanes group. Their maturity indicators: temperature up to 73℃(≥55℃continuous 9d),the water reduces 45.98% ,12th day to kill all pathogenic organisms,the final pH of 8.49 and ratio of carbon to nitrogen for the final 12.90; Efficiency indicators: reduction in water-soluble ammonia 72%, total nitrogen content increased 13% and total phosphorus content of 60.85%.
