| ND and VA were graveness contagious diseases and caused huge losses for breeding industrial. Vaccination was mainly method to prevent in China and it had some effect in past years. Currently VA vaccine has unsatisfactory results.So the new, high efficiency vaccine was necessary. Comparing single vaccine with combination vaccine, the last one was used to save time, effort, money .So it is eager to get new combination ND-VA vaccine.VAV was offered by Harbin veterinary research institute. It fitted ARV typical characteristics by morphological observation; There were 14 strains that have more than 98 percent homology with the strain by homology Analysis; By researching VAV biological characteristics, established 10-day-old chick embryo cysts'reproductive way of the virus and determining 10-3 times dilution is the best propagation dilution degree, and established a different day-old SPF chickens artificially infected model of VA; Obtained qualified AGP antigen and serum, builded the method of using AGP test to detection VA antibody; Obtained ND-VA inactivated vaccine. The safety and efficacy testing show this vaccine was safe and effective and it could be used to prevent ND and VA. |
