Cellulose decomposition bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria were isolated and selected. The bacteria were inoculated into cow compost. The effect of the inoculation was studied. The main colclusions were as follow.1. 5 strains of cellulose decomposition bacteria were isolated from cow-dung, compost and soil. 1 strain of nitrogen-fixing bacteria was isolated from soil. The best combination of cellulose decomposition bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria showed a degradation rate of fiber of 46.42%, which is 12.95% increased than inoculate Cellulose decomposition bacteria separately.2.The temperature in condition of cellulose analyze bacilli + azotobacter method goes up to 69℃at 7d; it is 66℃in condition of inoculate cellulose analyze bacilli separately at 9d, while the temperature got 63℃in comparison compost at 11d. The max temperature in ellulose analyze bacilli + azotobacter method is 2d earlier than in inoculate cellulose analyze bacilli separately, 4d earlier than in contrast.3.The hydrated rate of all the two method shows to be low down, the decline of hydrated rate in cellulose analyze bacilli + azotobacter method is faster than inoculability cellulose analyze and contrast; the changing current of PH number are all the same, they all goes up then goes down, when the zymosis is over, the PH number of cellulose analyze bacilli + azotobacter method,cellulose analyze bacilli method,contrast is 6.65,6.82 and 7.23.4.The C/N are all goes down for the two inoculate bacilli method, the range of C/N decline of cellulose analyze bacilli + azotobacter method is the max; there is no clear difference between inoculate cellulose analyze bacilli separately and contrast, which are all smaller than cellulose analyze bacilli + azotobacter method.5.The content of ammonium nitrogen is all shows fist goes up then goes down in the two method, the content of ammonium nitrogen in cellulose analyze bacilli + azotobacter disposal rise up to peak number 2.96 g·kg-1 at the 7d,which changes into 1.29 g·kg-1 while zymolysis is over, and is 1.67g·kg-1 down to the max; the cellulose analyze bacilli disposal got its max 2.82 g·kg-1 at the 10d, the content of ammonium nitrogen is 0.64g·kg-1while compost is over, and is 2.18 g·kg-1 down to the max; the change current of nitrate nitrogen are the same, when the zymolysis is over, The content of nitrate nitrogen goes to 5.52g·kg-1 in cellulose analyze bacilli + azotobacter disposal,which is 6.67 times than it before zymolisis; while the number in inoculate cellulose analyze bacilli separately and contrast is 2.12g·kg-1and 2.10g·kg-1, which is 2.94 times and 2.92 times before zymolisis.
