The thesis takes wolfberry (Lycium barbarum L) which planted in Qinwangchuan irrigation region as the research object, and determined the plant diameter, plant height, length of annual branches, number of branch with fruit, number of flower bud, the first branch, second branch, bud bursting of the main branch and lateral branch, photosynthetic indexes and the concentration of soluble sugar under the treatments of different fertilizer and different covering patterns, the dynamic changes of soil temperature and hard branch cutting seedling under the condition of covering wolfberry plant were also monitored. The aim was to reveal the suitable cropping pattern in Qinwangchuan, which in turn will provide recommendations in theory and technique for wolfberry standardized plantation. The main results are as follows:1.The combined application of different fertilizers can improve the growth of young Lycium barbarum L: the number of the main branch and lateral branch could get the most amount at 14 and 56 under the treatment of diammonium phosphate (100g/plant) and PAL material(200g/plant) and single diammonium phosphate (100g/plant);The best treatment for plant height is the combined application of PAL material(100g/plant) and diammonium phosphate (50g/plant),which reaches 95cm;The largest increase coarse amplitude of plant diameter is the treatment of PAL material(300g/plant) and diammonium phosphate (50g/plant),which reaches 186%;the highest length of annual branches is 87cm under the treatment of combined application of PAL material(100g/plant) and diammonium phosphate (50g/plant);The most branch with fruits reached 25 per plant was the treatment of combined application of PAL material(300g/plant) and diammonium phosphate (50g/plant);the branch of bud bursting get the highest value is 19 per plant under the treatment of combined application of PAL material(300g/plant) and diammonium phosphate (50g/plant);the most first branch reached 25 per plant under the treatment of combined application of PAL material (300g/plant) and diammonium phosphate (50g/plant);the second branch get the most value at 35 per plant under the treatment of combined application of PAL material(100g/plant) and diammonium phosphate (50g/plant);the highest concentration of soluble sugar is 24.7%,which is under the treatment of combined application of PAL material(300g/plant) and diammonium phosphate (50g/plant).2.Under the condition of different mulch cultivation: the main and lateral branch were all higher under the treatment of covering with sand, plastic film and straw than that of uncovering treatment; the best covering way for plant height is the treatment with plastic film, which increased by 83cm, and the sand covering second to it; the best covering way for plant diameter is sand, which increased by 171%;the length of annual branches increased significantly under the sand covering, which increased by 122cm;the significant increasing trend of the first branch and that with fruit and flower bud is under the plastic film; the second branches increased significantly under the sand covering ;the highest concentration of soluble sugar is 24.3%,which is under the treatment of sand covering.3.Under the condition of different mulch cultivation: the best soil temperature at 7:00 is by sand covering, which is 14.4℃;and at 13:00 the best way is by plastic film covering, which is 17.3℃;And best heating at 19:00 is also by plastic film covering,which is 19.7℃.The best temperature at the same soil layer is of plastic film covering,and sand covering second to it but higher than that of the uncovering treatment.The highest daily mean ground temperature is of the plastic film covering,and sand covering second to it.4. The most significant photosynthetic rate of spring and summer fruit is the young Lycium barbarum L under plastic film covering, which reached 19.33 and 27.72μmol·m-2·s–1;and also by the treatment could get the highest value of stomatal conductance at 1216.8 and 1385.6mmol·m-2·s–1 and water use efficiency at 3.13 and 4.14μmolCO2/mmolH2O.
