The use of field experiments and laboratory analyzes the strong gluten wheat Zhengmai 9023 for materials is adopted in this paper.The amide nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen of the three kinds of different forms of treatment are also set in this paper.The wheat Zhengmai 9023 systematically analyzed the three kinds of different forms of nitrogen fertilizer N,P,K accumulation of transshipment and quality characteristics.1.Applying different forms of nitrogen fertilizer can effectively control the content of N,P,K in soil.The result is Nitrate-N treatment>ammonium-N treatment>amide-N treatment on total nitrogen content of 0~20cm,20~60cm and 60~100cm in soil.Nitrate-N treatment is the highest,ammonium-N treatment is the lowest on available nitrogen content of 0~20cm in soil,;nitrate-N treatment is the highest,amide-N treatment is the lowest in available nitrogen content of 20~60cm and 60~100cm in soil;nitrate-N treatment>amide-N treatment>ammonium-N treatment on the average content of 0~100cm of total soil nitrogen and available nitrogen of different growth stages.From double ridge stage to blooming stage, amide-N treatment>nitrate-N treatment>ammonium-N treatment on soil total phosphorus content of 0~20cm soil,but after grain-filling stage,nitrate-N treatment>amide-N treatment>ammonium-N treatment;in blooming stage and grain-filling stage,nitrate-N treatment>amide-N treatment in 20~60cm soil,and in other growth stage,nitrate-N treatment>ammonium-N treatment.Ammonium-N treatment was significantly lower than nitrate-N treatment and amide-N treatment on soil available phosphorus content of 0~20cm and 20~60cm in soil;three nitrogen forms have no significant differences in soil available phosphorus content of 60~100cm in soil.In soil total potassium content,the effect is nitrate-N treatment>amide-N treatment>ammonium-N treatment.Ammonium-N treatment is highest in double ridge stage and jointing stage of K content in top soil,amide-N treatment is the highest in the jointing stage and the blooming stage of K content in deep soil,the changes is not obvious under the nitrate-N treatment,the differences of different growth stage are also no significant. 2.Effect was clear that different forms of nitrogen fertilizer on N,P,K accumulation, distribution and transformation of various organs after its flowering in Zhengmai 9023.The nitrate-N treatment higher than the ammonium-N treatment and amide-N treatment on the nitrogen accumulation and transformation rate of various organs in Zhengmai 9023; ammonium-N treatment was significantly higher than nitrate nitrate-N treatment and amide-N treatment on phosphorus accumulation and transformation rate;nitrate-N treatment significantly higher than ammonium-N treatment and amide-N treatment on potassium accumulation and the distribution rate in grain.3.Effect is different that different forms of nitrogen fertilizer on photosynthetic characteristics of blooming stage in Zhengmai 9023.Nitrate-N treatment was significantly higher than amide-N treatment and ammonium-N treatment in the content of flag leaf chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content;nitrate-N treatment was significantly lower than amide-N treatment and ammonium-N treatment in intercellular carbon dioxide concentration of flag leaf;nitrate-N treatment of net photosynthetic rate of flag leaf is 20.9μmolCO2 /(m2.s1) that was significantly higher than amide-N treatment and ammonium -N treatment4.Effect is different that different forms of nitrogen fertilizer on yield and its components factors in Zhengmai 9023.Ammonium-N treatment and nitrate-N treatment significantly higher than amide-N treatment on effective tillers,nitrate-N treatment was significantly higher than ammonium-N treatment and amide-N treatment on the number of grain;amide-N treatment was significantly higher than ammonium-N treatment and nitrate-N treatment on grain weight;the production under the amide-N treatment is 5636.54kg/hm2,under the nitrate-N treatment is 5523.41 kg/hm2,are all significantly higher than ammonium-N treatment.5.There is a certain extent effect of different forms of nitrogen fertilizer on grain quality traits in Zhengmai 9023.The protein content,albumin content,globulin content,gliadin content,glutenin content respectively is 14.98%,3.54%,2.02%,3.58%and 6.02%under the amide-N treatment were higher than the other two forms of nitrogen fertilizer treatment; amide-N treatment were all significantly higher than the other two forms of nitrogen fertilizer treatment on dry and wet gluten content,sedimentation value,stretching area,scalability lactamases,tensile resistance,the largest the ratio of the tensile resistance and tensile. Test found that different forms of nitrogen have different nutrition mechanism on strong-gluten wheat Zhengmai 9023.Therefore,we should be use reasonable forms of nitrogen fertilizer based on actual demand in the production and through scientific planning to get good yield and quality of wheat at the same time.
