In this study,three factors?nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium?and three levels?high,medium and low?orthogonal experiments were conducted to investigate the photosynthetic physiological characteristics,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,canopy structure and yield of purple wheat by nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers.And the main factors of the composition factors and main quality are as follows:1.The high nitrogen application rate of base fertilizer?N:210kg/hm2?is beneficial to increase the net photosynthetic rate of purple wheat flag leaf,but it can not reduce the variation range of net photosynthetic rate of flag leaf in different growth stages.The effect on the diurnal variation of photosynthesis of purple wheat flag leaves comes from a variety of environmental factors,and fertilization is only one of them.2.N:210kg/hm2,P2O5:105kg/hm2,K2O:60kg/hm2,can obtain higher Fo value,promote the synthesis of flag leaf chlorophyll;When N:210kg/hm2,P2O5:105kg/hm2,K2O:30kg/hm2,Fv/Fm is significantly higher,and the maximum photochemical quantum yield is high,which promotes the light energy conversion of PSII.Application N:140kg/hm2,P2O5:70kg/hm2,K2O:60kg/hm2,the photochemical quenching coefficient is higher,which promotes the openness of the PSII reaction center and facilitates the absorption of light energy by the pigment.The effects of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers on the photochemical physiology of purple wheat flag leaves were more obvious.3.In the flowering stage of purple wheat,nitrogen fertilizer had a significant effect on the leaf area and leaf length of purple wheat flag,which was the main factor in the difference of purple wheat canopy during this period.Nitrogen as the main effect affected the size and leaf area of flag leaf.4.Nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers had significant effects on purple wheat yield.The effect rankings were:N>P>K,and purple wheat yielded high grain yield of2610.14kg/hm2 under high nitrogen level?N:140kg/hm2?.The grain yield of the level?N:210kg/hm2?was not significantly different at 2525.35 kg/hm2.5.The nitrogen application rate of purple wheat was 140 kg/hm2,210kg/hm2,and the grain protein content was maintained at a high level without significant increase.The low nitrogen fertilizer level?70kg/hm2?was not conducive to the formation of wheat starch content.The water absorption rate of the middle phosphate fertilizer level?70kg/hm2?was significantly higher,with a mean value of 66.6%,which was higher than the national average and within the water absorption range of high quality wheat.The high-potassium level?90kg/hm2?has a significantly higher silty quality index and is a strong powder relative to other levels.Under the conditions of hidh nitrogen?210 kg/hm2?,medium phosphorus?70 kg/hm2?and high potassium?90 kg/hm2?,purple wheat flour is a strong powder and the processing properties of the dough are strong.The content of anthocyanin?cornflower?under high nitrogen fertilizer level?210kg/hm2?was 2899.17mg/kg,which was significantly higher,which was beneficial to the formation of purple wheat food health function.
