The pig farms were suffered different loss,among them,Beichuan pig farm who had 6155 panned pigs of which 2874 ones,occupied 45.2%,were crushed to death due to the collasping of all the buildings after Wenchuan 8.0 earchquake in May 12,2008.Pengzhou pig farm who had 312 pigs injured and some buildings damaged was slightly afflicted. Nanchong pig farm did not suffer any loss during the earthquake.The animal disease prevention and safty key laboratory of Sichuan province had been developed the antibody detection of HC,PRRS,PCV-2 in the Beichuan,Pengzhou and Nanchong pig farms and accumulated related data of the level of antibody in the 3 pig farms before earthquake.We selected severe afflicted farm(Beichuan),slight afflicted farm(Pengzhou) and non afflicted farm(Nanchong) as the representative samples and immediately sharted the study of antibody changes of HC,PRRS and PCV2.The study of the changes of antibody level:We picked 34 health sows and 42 health piglets in severe afflicted farm(Beichuan),and we picked 20 health sows and 20 health piglets in slight afflicted farm(Pengzhou) and non afflicted farm(Nanchong).We blood sampled the pigs 4 times after earthquake.ELISA were used to detecting and comparing the antibody level of HC,PRRS and PCV2 in the serum.The result showed that:The level of HC,PRRS and PCV2 immune antibody of pigs in slight afflicted farm(Pengzhou) and non afflicted farm(Nanchong) had no significant difference(P>0.05).The level of HC and PRRS immune antibody of sows in severe afflicted farm(Beichuan) was significant decreased(P≤0.05) on the 13th days after earthquake and reached the lowest,and it had no significant(P>0.05) on the 25th,33th,42th days after earthquake.The level of HC and PRRS immune antibody of spiglets in severe afflicted farm(Beichuan) was significant decreased(P≤0.05) on the 13th,25th,33th days after earthquake and reached the lowest on the 33th days after earthquake.These results showed that:The earthquake led to a significant decreasing(P≤0.05) of antibody level of HC,PRRS.The piglets in the severe afflicted farm(Beichuan) were more influenced than sows after earthquake.However the earthquake had no significant(P>0.05) influence on the antibody level of pigs in slight afflicted farm(Pengzhou) and non afflicted farm(Nanchong).The level of PCV2 immune antibody of pigs in severe afflicted farm(Beichuan) was increased gruaduated after earthquake which was significant higher than that before earthquake(P≤0.05).The result showed that:because of pre-immune of PCV2,the earthquake led to a aggressive infection of PCV2 of pigs in severe afflicted farm(Beichuan).The swinery from Beichuan intensive pigfarm were packed according to different immune time of HC,PRRS vaccine in the research.We detected the level of antibody after immuned.The result showed that:the antibody level of sows in the group which immuned 16,22 and 28 days after earthquake was significant higher than others(P≤0.05).The antibody level of piglets in the group which immuned 28,35 and 42 days after earthquake was significant higher than others(P≤0.05).The immune time,which selected by the supplement immune experiment of pigs in disaster area,can be used as the reference of preparedness of disaster relief for the pig farms in disaster area procedur was taken by Beichuan intensive pigfarms.
