Pei′ai64S, a cultiva of Indinca rice, is of wide compatibility and male sterile under low temperature. This material can be applied to breed sub-species hybrid rice crossing and selection freely for the wide compatibilities. The characteristics of better restoring make large contributions to super-rice hybrid in our country during the breeding. The hybrid rice which female parent from peiai64s showed the traits of early aging due to itself disadvantages. Compared with other cultivars, these super-rice hybrid tend to yellow leaf after blooming, especially the late stage of flowering under the same condition. The content of chlorophyll and protein declined rapidly. The photosynthetic rate will decrease obviously. And thus, the yield and quality was affected; the hybrid rice utilization potential was seriously restrict. Study on the 9311//Pei′ai64s/9311 and Pei′aii64s/9311//9311 of BC1F1 groups.Some relate agronomic characters were investaged.The genetic linkage mapping was builded with the SSR molecular markers. Through particular computer software and statistical method to locate and analysis the QTLs on TN,HD ,PH, FGPP, GW ,TGPand SSR. The result will establish the foundation on the fine mapping, clone super hybrid rice and marked-assisted selection (MAS). Give full play to increase yield potential of super hybrid. The results were as following:1. The linking map of two backcross groups (Pei′ai/9311//9311 and 9311//Pei′ai64s/9311, each 200 strains) were constructed. The results showed that 114 pair- primers makers were selected from the 664 pair- primers makers. The polymorphism was 17.7% between the pa64s and 9311 was detected. Two genetic linkage maps (one group with 102 makers and one group with 97 makers ) were builded. The makers in the linkage map distributed on all 12 rice chromosomes and covered 1779 cM and 2193 cM of the genome. The average each distance between the makers was 17.4 cM and 22.6 cM.2. Most of makers were located on the same chromosomes which compared with Temnykh's map. According to theTemnykh's, the chromosomes of the 1, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 are also on the same linear alignment.3. The quantitative trait loci of rice TN, HD, PH, FGPP, GW, TGP and SSR with the bcf1 data from Pei′ai64s/9311//9311 and 9311//Pei′ai64s/9311 was detected through the interval mapping (IM). The results were demonstrated that 8 and 4 QTLs were detected by IM on the same significant level. 2 QTLs were observed in the 9311//Pei′ai64s/9311 during heading stage.
