Through this experiment, Tea cultivars′s disease-resistance and insect-resistance was identified on Shangfuzhou,Fuyun6,Wuniuzao,Longjiuchangye,Zhenong113,Nongkangzao,Shuchazao,Longjing43,Pingyangtezao,Baihaozao etc. In terms of disease-resistant, the resistence of every tea cultivars in Phyllosticta theicola were studied though artificial inoculation in vitro, the diseased leaf rate and the disease index were statistically analyzed, and determined the change in PPO,POD and PAL activity in leaves after inoculated by Phyllosticta theicola; In terms of insect-resistant, Studied in the developmental duration, length of larva, weight of larva, quantum of every larva ate, weight of female and male pupa, pupation rate, eclosion rate and survival rate in Ectropis obliqua warren feeding with different varieties of tea, and determined the change in PPO,POD and PAL activity in leaves after infestation by Ectropis obliqua warren; In the end, determined the water content,Carbohydrate, polyphenols content,Amino acids content in every cultivar, and the finding are as follows:1 The experiment indentified the disease-resistance to Phyllosticta theicola through the pathogen spore suspension spray Inoculation Method, the incidence of relatively stable. There are differences among the resisitance to Phyllosticta theicola in ten materials and differences the difference was significant. Fuyunliuhao has the strongest resistense, followed by Baihaozao ,Shuchazao,Wuniuzao,Longjingchangye and Nongkangzao have strong resistance for Phyllosticta theicola.2 The determination results of enzymes activity after inoculated by Phyllosticta theicola in experiment materials:PPO and PAL activity are all enhanced in both resistant cultivars and susceptible cultivars after inoculated, the activity are higher than the control, but the enhancement extent in resistant cultivars are greater than that in susceptible cultivars. PPO activity of the most materials reached the peak in 7th day,but Shangfuzhou activity was highest in 9th day after inoculated,Wuniuzao,Longjingchangye and Fuyun6 activity was highest in 5th day.PAL activity are enhanced significantly compared to control in resistant cultivars ,and increased slightly in susceptible cultivars but not satisfactorily. The Change Regulation of POD activity is not unified.3 Checking separately the relation of the water content, soluble carbohydrate, polyphenols, Amino Acid and the live situation of Ectropis obliqua warren through the method of Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that there were positive correlation between the content of polyphenols or Amino Acid and the developmental duration of Ectropis obliqua warren while it was negative correlation between the content of water and soluble carbohydrate. So,the conclusion are that the resistance is stronger when the content of polyphenolic and Amino Acid is higher and the resistance is weaker when the soluble carbohydrate is higher.4 The Activity Assay of PPO,POD,PAL in different cultivars of leaves after infestation by Ectropis obliqua warren showed that, the Activity increasing range of PAL is much less than PPO and POD,it can proof that the contribution of PAL in the resistance to pest is far less than PPO and POD;After inoculation the Activity of PPO and POD in leaves of resistant variety is much stronger than control.Although the unresistant variety increased slightly compared to control, but the range isn't large.5 The experimental synthesis results:In ten experiment cultivars, Longjingchangye is resistant to Phyllosticta theicola and Ectropis obliqua warren;Pingyangtezao and Fuyunliuhao are Susceptible to deases and insects; Shangfuzhou is resistant Insect and susceptible to disease.
