The results showed that these materials had abundant genetic diversity. The main results of this study were as follows:1. Genetic diversity of the different ecological types of soybean germplasm resources had been analysed by phenotype data. The results showed that genetic diversity index of summer soybean was 1.2540, and that of autuame soybean was 1.0142. Between different traits of the genetic diversity analysis showed that the average genetic diversity index was 1.2692, ranged from 0.1461~2.0570. The genetic diversity of traits such as 100-seed weight, protein content and fat content were high, and traits such as flower color, pubescence color and cotyledon color were low. Through cluster analysis of phenotypic data, 90 materials were divided into four major categories. Twelve materials of category I and 25 materials of category II were almost from Zhejiang Province. Thirty two materials of category III and 21 materials of category IV were almost from other provinces. It indicated that the clustering of phenotypic data were related to material's sources, 100-seed weight, maturity and plant height.2. Genetic diversity of 90 soybean germplasm resources from Zhejiang and other provinces had been evaluated by 47 SSR loci in this study. The results indicated that 420 alleles were detected with varied from 3 to 21allels and averaged 8.94 alleles per locus. The distribution of Simpson index was 0.564~0.939 and mean Simpson index was 0.812. The distribution of Shannon-weaver index was 0.943~2.899 and mean Shannon-weaver index was 1.877. The range of Nei-Li similarity coefficient was from0.5310 to 0.8619 with averaged 0.6854.It indicated that these materials had abundant genetic diversity. The results of clustering showed that 90 materials were divided into two groups by setting similarity coefficients at 0.66. I category included 45 materials were almost out of Zhejiang province, II category included 45 materials were almost from Zhejiang province. It indicated that the clustering of SSR were related to material's sources and seed color.
