The Technology Research On The Extraction Of Lucidum Adenosine And The Culture Of Lucidum Mycelium With Tea Residues

Abstract: The screening of lucidum strain with tea residues as the main material of the culture medium and the purpose of obtain lucidum adenosine, The extraction process of lucidum adenosine and media formulations of tea residues were studied. The results show the optimal formulations and technical parameter and provide technical basis for industrial production. Results indicated that , the most approate species is jinda Ganoderma lucidum,the most suitable tea residue medium is tea residue 68%, tea residues 68%, bran 30% ,gypsum 1% ,sugar 1%; the optimum condition for the extraction of Ganoderma lucidum are extraction temperature of 65℃, extraction time of 105min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:3andthe growth time of 35d .
