The resources of the cover plants are abundant, the roots are developed. The cover plants are apt to survive, and also have the advantages such as fast-growing, low maintenance, strong resisting and so on. They have the application far and wide in the afforestation of urban and rural areas. In addition, cover plants can bank protection firm soil, conserve the source of water resume, They are good afforestation material on Slope greening in the city. To the environmental condition of the special climate characteristic and setting up condition of Chongqing area.This thesis has been studied the screening and application of Drought-Toleranee cover plants on the slope aforests by the city. Test material select 3 kinds of twining kind of cover plante from the 10 research objects. Three kinds vine of evergreen ground cover plants: Lonicera japonica, Ficus tikoua and Hedea helix.,which are studied comparatively extensive at present. In order to compare Drought-Toleranee power.The Drought-Toleranee experiment was mainly carred on with the method that the grow index combines with physiological index.Able to bear the drought to compare to the research object.Mainly Carry on the growing index incloud plant root, stem, leaf,etc. the physiological index suchastheelectrolyte leakage, Chlorophyll, Catalase(CAT) and so on.Thus analyzed the drought-resistance power of the research object.Combined with drought-resistance, locality set up ground terms, appreciative value, grow characteristic other appraisal factors, utilize level analyze theory, The thsis analyzed and judged the application feasibility of the research object.and construct slope afforest using value appraise system with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) theory.And analyzedathe application fessibility of three liana on the slope greening.afforest, feasibility that employ in slope. What is more the thsis popularized the embodiment with Ficus tikoua Burfor example in the field and design the application mode on slope. Its result of studied was as follows:(1) Drought-resistance:The results showed that the drought stress treatment could increase membrane permeability of leaf cells. And Lonicera japonica had the smallest increace. The activities of POD increased first and then declined, which in Lonicera japonica and Ficus tikoua were relatively high. The content of praline, soluble sugar in the leaves of three evergreen lianas increased, and also Lonicera japonica had the most. Finally, it was concluded that the drought-resistant ability of three tested species decreased in the following order:Lonicera japonica, Ficus tikoua, Hedea helix by a comprehensive analysis of fuzzy membership functions.(2) Appliance value assessment and designed modle:the general range results of AHP appliancevalue assessment syeterm of plants used on side slopes of superhigh way was Lonicera japonica>Ficus tikoua> Hedea helix.Lonicera japonica, Ficus tikoua were the plants which choosed firstly for greening slope.On rock down slope and soil slope, Through popularize test indicate using value its relatively high, view result obvious. At last,The thsis design the landscape mode with slope by rock for example.
