Food production is essential in agriculture, larger grain-growing northeast, and many large farms are developing to the mechanization, automation and intelligent. For many years food is harvested by grain harvesting combine harvester directly. According to the information show, the total loss rate of soybean is relatively large with a combine harvester. For the sake of food losses, modern large Harvester is equipped with monitoring device, used to monitor losses of grain combine harvester. The same structures of the grain loss of two sensors are installed in the tail of draft instrument and clear screen of combine harvesters. Its can separate grain signals from other signal. This test uses sensors, charge amplifiers, data acquisition instruments, computers and other laboratory equipment to simulate the whereabouts of soybean and straw. When the material impact sensor iron, the iron mechanical vibration generated by piezoelectric sensors into a corresponding electrical pulse signal, and then by the charge amplifier, data acquisition instrument is converted to digital signals, finally the digital signal is fed to the computer, it has been processed by Vib 'SYS software, and to obtain frequency-domain map and graph of a vibration signal. Through time-frequency characteristics graph analysis, we get voltage amplitude characteristics and frequency characteristics of the data of vibration signal of soybean and straw. On the collection of test data, select the appropriate experimental design method. Studying in vibration signals of soybean and straw by variance analysis and Quadratic regression rotation才combinatorial design and so on. And find out the best experimental design method. The law of vibration signals is found out from mainly the voltage amplitude and frequency analysis.
