In the process of the forest management, grasping the status of forest resources and forecasting the developing trend of forest stand growth timely is very important to macro-management of forest resources. Site quality, stand structure and stand density have impact on the forest stand growth. Analyzing the relation of them effectively is good for forest management, that could increase the number of wood and produce the excellent wood. This paper applies the structural equation model to analyze the relation between site quality, stand structure, stand density and forest stand growth. Through the framework of model, the stand density has the most influence to forest stand growth, followed by stand structure, site density. Structural equation modeling solves the problem how to deal with the multiple correlation of some variables which can not be measured (latent variable). And it also can use measurable indicators to reflect the corresponding latent variable. This is useful to make forest management measures to be operational.
