The article describes the occurrence and features of main mycotoxins in feed, outlines the adverse effects of mycotoxins. The author also points out that domestic rabbits are very sensitive to mycotoxins. The author determined the fungal spore count in different seasons and different types of feed sampled from Hebei province and peripheral provinces and cities. To study the effects of the toxic to the rabbits which are in pregnant or in the breeding and growth, the author uses the biological fermentation process to detoxification. And then he chooses 20 multiparity rabbits and 40 weaning rabbits which were divided into four groups to rear. GroupⅠis CG which uses nomal forage; GroupⅡuses the mildewded forage; GroupⅢuses the forage which is fermented by STS; GroupⅣuses the forage which is fermented by BH. Results show that fungal spore count varies in different seasons and different types of feed. It is the highest in summer, followed by in autumn and low in winter and spring (average count of 28893, 71700, 29028 and 11825/g and maximum count of 47800, 397500, 118400 and 32600/g in summer, autumn winter and spring, respectively). Sorted by feed type, fungal spore count in roughages is the highest. The peanuts shell and peanut seedling are the most dangerous roughage. Feed fungal spore count could be decreased to allowed upper limit (﹤100 / g) by treatment with some specific anaerobic microorganisms. Mycotoxins in corn are destroyed to different extent by the treatments with 5 types of specific microorganisms, among which ecomone shows most promising potential in mycotoxin deactivation. Treated with ecomone, Aflatoxin B1, zearalenol, and ochratoxin content were reduced by 31.87%,50.0%,and 53.85% respectively,Fumonisins B1 and B2 were reduced from 2887 and 658μg/kg to both below 100μg/kg. Zearalenone almostly vanish in the mildewded Shells of the peanut which were fermented by BH. Correspondingly Zearalenone in compounding ingredient for the rabbits which are pregnant have reduce to 11.28% and the ursocycline have reduce to 6.2%. And the Zearalenone in compounding.
