The solid state fermentation media of Streptomyces roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63 were studied in this research. Solid state fermentation medium component of S.roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63, inoculation quantity were screened with mono-factor test using the cfu value as analysis index. The result showed that suitable medium of solid-state fermentation was kieselguhr, and the proportion of kieselguhr and seed culture fluid was 2:1(m/v). Then, the optimal concentration of four factors were determined by response surface methodology. The result was 2.2%glucose, 0.7%peptone, 1.0‰compound vitamin, 1×10-5compound trace elements. The cfu value could reach 1.7×108cfu/g by using optimal medium. The drying method for solid state fermentation production of S. roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63 and wetting dispering agent were studied after determining the components of solid state fermentation medium. The formulation of S. roseoflavus strain Men-myco-93-63 in solid fermention were dried using vacuum-freeze drying, natural drying and oven drying. This study selected four wetting dispersing agent: sodium lignin sulfonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and tween-80. The mixture of drying production and wetting dispersing agent were crushed by using jet grinding mill, then the different index of formulation, including suspension rate, fineness , the moisture reduce and the wetting time , were observed. The results showed that the proper drying method was natural drying, time was 24h. The suitable wetting dispersing agent was sodium lignin sulfonate. The maximum value of suspension rate was 50.27%, 99.97 % of sample fineness were less than 44μm, the moisture reduce〈1.5%, the wetting time〈18s.Finally, the field experiments of S. roseoflavus Men-myco-93-63 wettable power were tested. The control effect on power mildew of melon could reach as high as 87%.
