Based on the problems of complex extraction process, high cost and serious pollution ,the study mainly used the degradation of microbial fermentation of fiber in the materials ,by which can make the make the colloidal of EU-rubber exposed to the extracellular and the expected product will stay after high pressure water washing. This process can greatly simplify the process of extracting gutta-percha with low cost, environmental pollution and well operable and may open up new avenues of microbial fermentation in the Eucommia rubber extraction. The results are as follows:(1) By separating and purifying the bacteria and fungi in the supernatant clear liquid collected from the soil enrichment medium under the Eucommia trees,we get 35 Dominant bacterial colonies and 8 fungi , the degradation rate of the bacteria is also tested. The results shows that the leaf grow in the Leaf -oriented Tree Model can get better degradation rate than the tree bark for the same strain. The degradation ability of the Eucommia pericarp is the lowest with highest degradation rate of 34.4% of the N0.24 strain.(2)The test result of 18 days solid fermentation of Eucommia pericarp by 6 fungi shows that the enzyme activity of the carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and pectinase directly influence the removal rate of fiber material. The enzyme activity of the carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and pectinase can be the main indicator of the strain filter parameters. Selected strain D5 can be used to further breeding and parameter selection for its better ability of producing enzymes and removing cellulose.(3)The study aimed to investigate changes of carboxymethyl cellulase (CMC) and pectinase activity and the removal rate of cellulosic materials caused by microbial solid fermentation strain D5 on Eucommia pericarp under different conditions. The study screened the parameter of the Eucommia rubber extraction by microbial solid fermentation. The results showed that the moisture content of fermentation substrate, initial pH, dosage of ignition agen and culture temperature had significant effect on the enzyme activity of strain D5 and the removal rate of cellulosic materials. Determined the optimal conditions for fermentation by strain D5: moisture content of fermentation substrate was 60%, initial pH was 6.0, culture temperature was 30℃, dosage of ignition agen was 1.5%. Under these conditions, the highest CMC and pectinase activity can reach after 6 days of fermentation and the removal rate of cellulosic materials can reach 86.43% after 18 days of fermentation. Strain D5 in the extraction of EU-rubber has certain application value.(4)Early Eucommia rubber extraction method associated with microbial degradation is by taking the chemical processing after pre-fermentation the Eucommia material. This study completely use biological method to extract Eucommia rubber with non-polluting and low cost. Hoping this paper may make exploratory experiments of microbial degradation in Eucommia rubber extraction and provide scientific basis in the industrial production of Eucommia rubber.
