The experiment is that different concentrations of zuelaemycin treat ten important kinds of crops (Brassicana piformis L. H.Bari, Capsicum annum L, Raphanus sativus L, Cucumis sativus L, Zea mays L,Triglochin maritimum L, Oryza sativa L, Triticum aestivum L, Sorghum cernu um(Ard.) -Host, Lycopersiconesculentum Mill)by soaking. The safety of zuelaemycin for differrent crops and the safe concentration would be obtained by seed germination and seedling growth test. Meanwhile, the study of the physiological mechanisms of zuelaemycin on crops was conducted. It will provide a scientific basis for large-scale production of zuelaemycin. The results were as follows:1.Effects of zuelaemycin on seed germination and seedling growth growth of ten differrent crops because of concentration and the different crops. The results showed that three kinds of concentrations of zuelacmycin are safe for Raphanus sativus L, Zea mays L, Brassicana piformis L. H.Bari, Capsicum annum L.Diluting 100 times of zuelacmycin is the maximum safe concentration for Triglochin maritimum L, Oryza sativa L. Diluting 400 times of zuelacmycin is the maximum safe concentration for Cucumis sativus L,Triticum aestivum L, Sorghum cernuum(Ard.)Host and for Lycopersicon esculentum Mill, the three kinds of concentration of diluent significantly inhibited its growth.2.Effects of the same concentration of zuelaemycin on seed germination and seedling growth of the different crops were different. Diluting 25 times of zuelacmycin is unsafe for Triglochin maritimum L, Oryza sativa L, Cucumis sativus L, Triticum aestivum L, Sorghumcernuum (Ar d.)Host, Lycopersicon esculentum Mill, while safe for the other four kinds of crops. Diluting 100 times of zuelacmycin is unsafe for Cucumis sativus L, Triticum aestivum L, Sorghumcernuum (Ard.)Host, Lycopersicon esculentum Mill, while safe for the other six kinds of crops. Diluting 100 times of zuelacmycin is unsafe for Lycopersicon esculentum Mill, while safe for the other nine kinds of crops.3.Different concentrations of zuelaemycin on seed germination and seedling growth of the same crop were different. For Cucumis sativus L, the dilution of zuelaemycin(Diluted 25 and 100 times) could inhibit its seed germination and seedling growth, but Diluting 400 times of zuelacmycin could improve its seed germination and seedling growth.4.Effects of the same concentration of zuelaemycin on different organs of the same crop were different. For Cucumis sativus L, the dilution of zuelaemycin(Diluted 25 and 100 times) could inhibit seedling height significantly, the inhibition rates were 69.14%,28.66%, while the inhibition of root length were 34.41% and 20.49%.5. Different concentrations of zuelaemycin on raleted resistent enzymes were different. The results showed the lower concentration of zuelacmycin(diluted for 400 times) solution could reduce relative conductivity and the MDA accumulation of cucumber seedlings, raise activity of CAT, SOD, POD, PPO, PAL and enhance resistance of cucumber seedlings under stress. Activity of CAT, SOD and other raleted resistent enzymes was inhibited under the stress of zuelacmycin(diluted for 25 times)solution and relative conductivity and content of MDA of cucumber seedlings were increased.6.Safe dose of zuelaemycin could improve resistent ability of cucumber seedlings better than carbendazim. Found by experiment, compared with water (CK1), zuelacmycin(diluted for 400 times) solution and carbendazim (CK2) could decrease the relative conductivity and cucumber MDA,also increase activity of PAL, CAT, SOD, POD, PPO, but the rate of zuelaemycin decreased the relative conductivity and MDA content and increased resistance- related enzyme was higher than carbendazim treatment, so safe dose of zuelaemycin could improve resistent ability of cucumber seedlings better than carbendazim.
