By means of laboratory bioassay, compare the Effects of different concentrate of zuelacmycin fermentation solution on seed germination and seedling growth of salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge﹑Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq.) A. DC. The results showed that it is safe to seedlings growth of medicinal plants when concentration of zuelacmycin fermentation solution is higher than CK2(carbendazim) about 10 times. different concentrations of zuelacmycin fermentation solution has different effect on germchit of the three seeds on the base of the species and concentrate,it means it can be used as seed dressing. The results also showed that different concentrations of zuelacmycin fermentation solution has different effect on germchit of the three seeds on the base of the species and concentrate,inhibited the germination rate on high concentration, but low concentration can promoted it, but in high concentration ,the inhitition on seed germination of salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq.) A. DC. are weaker than Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi . On same concentration,the effect of zuelacmycin fermentation solution on salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq.) A. DC. is different in seedlings,and the physiological indexes of Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq.) A. DC. are weaker than salvia miltiorrhiza and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. By the root anatomic observation,we found root morphology structure of three kinds of seedlings has obvious anomalous changed at cytohistology after the treatment of high concentration of zuelacmycin fermentation solution.In this study,it provide correct spraying theoretical of zuelacmycin in field,and get the following conclusions:1. Compared with the CK1, diluted 50 times is safe for the seed germination of salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq.) A. DC..but Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is safe under diluted 100 times. Compared with the CK2, salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq.) A. DC. and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi have the same effect with it. 2. During the Seedlings experimental, considering the CK1 and CK2,we get the safe concentration for the morphology of seedlings indicators (root length, seedling height, lateral root number).Seedling of salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge is overall safe under diluted 200 times, but Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq.) A. DC. are safe under diluted 100 times.At the same time,the low concentration of zuelacmycin can promote the growth of seedlings.3. Antimicrobial resistance of different plants is different to this fermentation. Germination rate, germination index, germination energy, root length and lateral root number of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi are higher then salvia miltiorrhiza Bge,but six physiological indexes of Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq.) A. DC. are weaker than salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.4. The effect of zuelacmycin on some seedlings is different ,especially on some parts of seedlings. For example, low concentrations can promote root length and lateral root number of salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge increased, while high concentration can promote plant height. Low concentrations can promote root length of Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq.) A. DC., but number of lateral root is not increase.inhibition under high concentration is not obviously on plant height and number of lateral root.5. By studying the mechanism of seed germination and found that high concentration inhibit germination of the seed because of adversity, membrane permeability increased and lipid peroxidation seriously. Beside this,the absorption of cells will redused, this is the reason that affect the seedlings growth.
