A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different proportion of biogas slurry and nitrogen fertilizer application on the yield, utrients and soil fertility of silage maize in the County of Fengxiang of Shaanxi Province in 2008.In the final find out the best fertilizers combination and the best fertilizers applicationrates,in drder to offer a theoretical basis and technical support to apply fertilizers. The main results showed as follows:1. Seed soaking of biogas slurry cut down the germination vigor and germination rate. The higher concentration of biogas slurry, the lower germination rate of silage maize seed. Seed soaking of clear water is better in the strain weight, root length, root beard numbers, stem length, leaf area. The best fibrous root numbers is in concentration of biogas of slurry 5%.The thickest of stem thickness is in concentration of biogas of slurry 20%.Seed soaking of clear water is had a better growth and development compared with Seed soaking of biogas slurry.2. Compared with traditional methods of fertilization, to a certain percentage of the ratio of biogas slurry and nitrogen fertilization obvious effect on silage maize yield and dry matter weighe of silage maize.3. The analysis of the factor of silage maize yield showed that plant height, fresh ear weight, fresh stalk weight, fresh leaf weight, ear length, ear diameter, rows per ear, grains per row, grains per ear are important affect index of silage maize yield. Compared with traditional methods of fertilization,to a certain percentage of the ratio of biogas slurry and nitrogen fertilization can improved fresh stalk weight, fresh ear weight, fresh leaf weight, eaf area of silage maize and had low effect of plant height, ear length, bald Long, ear diameter, rows per ear, grains per row, grains per ear.4. Compared with traditional methods of fertilization,to a certain percentage of the ratio of biogas slurry and nitrogen fertilization can improved nutritional quality of silage maize significantly.5. The effects of application biogas slurry showed that the content of organic matter of soils surface had increased, but total N,total P and pH had little effect, and will reduce the content of available K in surface soils.6. Compared with traditional methods of fertilization,to a certain percentage of the ratio of biogas slurry and nitrogen fertilization can improved C/N of soils surface, only application biogas slurry have low effect of C/N of soils surface.7. Integrated yield and soil fertility,as well as local production of the real,a dosage for applied biogas slurry should be 90m3·hm-2 and ammonium bicarbonate should be less than 2568kg·hm-2 and to additional P, K in a appropriate ratio.
