The tobacco is one of the economic crops. In its growth period, and there are many harmful biology, in which the arthropod is one of the most influential of production and quality. Particularly aphids who damage tobacco by sucking could not only damage the tobacco directly, but also had certain disease disseminative function. This research was done in order to grasp the community structure and its dynamics of arthropod in different growing trend and different varieties tobacco, and enriched the research content of insect ecology and promoted insect ecology development. Simultaneously use the living resources in tobacco field sustainable. The results could be used in the principle and the method of integrated pest management, and then average up the pest management in tobacco. Through the investigation of 3 kind of growing trends and 12 varieties tobacco arthropod communities in the same habitat, the study systematic analyzed community structure and its dynamics by the principles and the methods of community ecology including community characteristic analysis, temporal dynamics comparison and community cluster and so on. The results were as follows:The results of the investigating into the arthropod community in three different growing trend tobacco fields indicated that there were 10 families, 9 orders, and 2 classes'arthropod in the tobacco field in total. And there were 5 families pests, 4 orders, 2 classes and 5 families natural enemies, 5 orders, 2 classes, among which greenhouse whitefly and tobacco aphis were major pests, and Chinese green lacewing were the dominant species in natural enemy's. The number of arthropod in the best growing tobacco field was bigger than other two fields. The temporal dynamics of the richness(S), dominant concentration(C), diversity(H') and evennes(sE) were different in the three samples:all the indexes had a trend of high-low-high in the best growing field;in the mid-growing trend field the dominant concentration(C), diversity(H') and evenness(E) had a trend of low-high-low, and the richness showed a trend of low-high;in the worst growing field all the indexes showed 2 peak and 2 low ebb. The results of the investigating into the arthropod community in 12 varieties tobacco indicated that there were 11 families, 8 orders, and 2 classes'arthropod in the ecological area in total. And there were 7 families pests, 5 orders, 1 classes and 4 families natural enemies, 4 orders, 2 classes, among which tobacco aphis, greenhouse whitefly, tobacco budworm, dolycoris baccarum, cucurbit leaf beetle and cuprecusgreen chafer were major pests, Aphidius glfuensis Ashmead and Chinese green lacewing were the dominant species in natural enemy's. In the average density analysis of various species tobacco in the community, Jiyan 9 was the biggest one, and between 9717, LJ237, Y8342 and CF204 the difference was remarkable, with H1, H2, 97206, Qinyan 96, Yuyan 6, NC89 and 102 difference was not remarkable;and only Chinese green lacewing and erigondium gramincola were not remarkable in varieties tobacco. The temporal dynamics of the richness(S), dominant concentration(C), diversity(H')and evenness(E)were different in 12 varieties tobacco. Dominant concentration(C), diversity(H')and evenness(E)of Yuyan 6 were quite high, and all community characteristics of Y8324 were low, even its richness(S)was only 5.
