Through the forestry in order to maximize the use of limited natural rainfall, increasing the soil water, and make a good use of forests'water and soil conservation, and maintain a longer time. In the premise of matching trees to soil around this region and semi-arid region, improving the survival rate and save rate, and provide an important, basic, scientific theory in expanding forest resources and recovering forest vegetation. This paper make Daqing mountain plantation and natural forest as research object, focus on different forest types of litter and soil water conservation, and make a systematically studied to them.The results showed that different types in Daqing mountain between the various soil bulk density and porosity are quite different, the order is pine plantation> huzhenzi bushes>larch plantation> poplar and birch mixed forest, the biggest is 1.46 times than the smallest; the total pore size's order is poplar and birch mixed forest>larch plantation >huzhenzi bushes>pine plantations, the biggest is 1.40 times than the smallest; various soil water retention rate of the largest differences between the large size of the order is larch plantation>poplar and birch mixed forest>huzhenzi bushes>pine plantation, the biggest is 1.29 times than the smallest; a variety of soil between the soil non-capillary water is vary greatly, the order is poplar and birch mixed forest>pine plantation>larch plantation>huzhenzi bushes, the biggest is 2.2times than the smallest. Different forest types water holding capacity of litter's order is larch plantation>poplar and birch mixed forest>huzhenzi bushes>pine plantation, growing stock order is larch plantation>ping plantation>huzhenzi bushes>poplar and birch mixed forest.Research shows that most water conservation capacity is larch plantation, while the worst is huzhenzi bushes.
