Caragana species have an important role in livestock development and ecological constructionour in our country.The study on the Hybridization of Caragana arborescens and Caragana intermedia,acquaried a great deal of Hybrids.Studies on hybrid offspring,caragana microphylla and different species of plants by isozyme gel electrophoresis,RAPD molecular markers experiment and cutting experiment,micro resistant test and measurement test,selecting the arid region of Inner Mongolia autonomous region grows higher forage value fine strain.In order to Inner Mongolia region of plant genetic diversity exine,the exine genus protection strategy formulation and genetic improvement provides the theory basis for Caragana species development and utilization.The main results were as follows:1.The affinity of intraspecific hybridization is less than interspecific hybridization: 21.49% < 79.09%.2.The study on isozyme gel electrophoresis experiment proved the hybridization at the isozyme leveland by analysing 75 samples acquired their relationship.3.The study on RAPD molecular marker tests proved the hybridization at the molecular level and by analysing the genetic diversity of 61 samples, acquired relationship of 19 different kinds of plants,21 different habitats among the exine,and 30of hybrid progeny separately.4.The study on cutting experiment acquired the best hormone ratio of three different regional cuttings in huhhot:For the pretty county in the middle of the township's fan yao caragana microphylla cuttings,soak,200ppm IBA:6h,For the DaLaTeQi among the base of caragana microphylla cuttings:100ppm,soaking and IBA 6h,For two TuZuoQi huhhot within the territory of the responses of forestry science research institute of Inner Mongolia in the middle of the base and exine cuttings: ABT1 #,and immerse 6h 200ppm.5.From the 65 materials obtained the highest levels of cellulose (63%):the DaLaTeQi base of caragana microphylla (marked among Da10).The highest content of protein testbed 28% of Inner Mongolia forestry science institute in caragana microphylla among(marks for Zhongjian2).The highest content of soluble sugar 0.94%: responses of caragana microphylla(mark for Shu1).The highest proline content of:0.3‰testbed yellow(marked yellow) seperately.
