Melon is the main horticultural crops in Inner Mongolia, but BaMeng melon 16 is a fine varieties. On the modified and germplasm resources, and carries on the effective development and utilization, and its prospects. The plant tissue culture technique in the application for the melon preserved offers a new way. This test method of using slow growth from melons germplasm preservation. By adjusting the medium add different concentrations of sucrose, mannitol, sorbitol, gelatin, ABA, CCC, PP333 to slow growth, melons, prolonging preservation is discussed in the medium of different additives preservation effect.The main results were as follows:1 In MS+0.50mg/L6-BA+0.50mg/LIAA medium, adjust the basis of sucrose concentration. of 10g/L, 40g/L can inhibit the growth of melon, 4 months of 93.75% survival. With the effect of sucrose 40g/L is the most ideal, 4 months later the survival rate was 100%.2 In MS+0.50 mg/L6-BA+0.50mg/L IAA medium, adjust AGAR concentrations for 10g/Land 13g/Lto BaMeng melon 16 of growth inhibition effect is not obvious.3 In MS+0.50 mg/L6-BA+0.50mg/L IAA medium, add the concentration of 20g/L sorbitol can effectively restrain the growth of melon, and kept in four months after its survival rate in 81.25% above.4 In MS+0.50mg/L6-BA+0.50mg/L IAA medium,medium add concentration of 10g/L, 30g/L, 50g/L of mannitol can effectively restrain the growth of melon, and kept in four months after its survival rate in 75%, the concentration of mannitol 30g/L, 50g/L effect is good.5 In MS+0.50mg/L6-BA+0.50mg/L IAA medium, medium add concentration of 40mg/L, 80mg/L, 120mg/L, 200mg/L, 400mg/L of CCC to melon growth inhibition effect is not obvious.6 In MS+0.50mg/L6-BA+0.50mg/L IAA medium, medium add the concentration of 4-20mg/L of ABA can inhibit the growth of melon, and kept in four months after its survival rate in the above 87.5%, when the concentration of ABA 20mg/L is better.7 In MS+0.50mg/L6-BA+0.50mg/L IAA medium, medium add the concentration of 1mg/L, 2mg/L, 4mg/L, 5mg/L of PP333 can effectively restrain the growth of melon, and kept in four months after its survival rate than in 93.75%. 1mg/L of PP333 is the most ideal effect and 4 months later the survival rate was 100%.
