In order to amplify the genome of exJSRV from the strain of inner Mongolia(exJSRV-NM). five pairs of primers were designed based on Genbank sequence (AF105220).The total RNA of exJSRV was extracted from natural sheep pulmonary adenomatosis cases by Clinical and pathologic examination, six fragments(442bp,1124bp,2796bp,2054bp,535bp)were obtained by RT-PCR and were cloned into the PMD19-T vectors. The acquired nucleotide sequences were analysed by the DNASTAR software and on line tool in biological information. The results indicated that, A 930.2628andl 848bp long cDNA sequences were obtained and coded a total of 290,873,615 amino acids.An additional open reading frame(orf-x)that overlaps 3'end of the pol gene. The YXXM motif was found in the region of TM.which are reliable molecular markers for the infectious exogenous virus.The nucleotide acid sequences of exJSRV-NM were compared with the sequences of Statistical analysis shows that the pro,pol and env gene all encoded hydrophilic protein. This is the first nucleotide sequence of exogenous JSRV reported in China.These results provide the way for futher research on OPA.
