Salix wood is the main varieties of bush resources in western desert area of Inner Mongolia, its development and utilization of industrial sand is an important part. Salix wood which are used in the process of industrialization face a major problem of the storage of raw materials which is prone to rot, The study use Salix wood as the study,we isolated two strains from moldy material and identified them, we also studied their cultural characters, chemical control, and filtered effective antifungal agents of Salix material. The results were described as follows:1.Fungiali isolation and identification. Two types of staining strain were isolated from salix wood. The cultural characteristics of two staining fungi were evaluated according to their individual characteristics, such as colony morphology, colony color, variation of medium color, conidial fructifieation morphology, conidia form. The cultural characteristics of staining fungi take on uniform growth characteristics in natural conditions, which can be classified and identified according to their cultural characteristics,These fungi are identified as the category of Deuterornyeotina.2. The influence of nutritional fators on the staining fungi.PDA medium as the fundamental medium, different carbon sources and nitrogen sources were selected to culture staining fungi, and their growth characteristics were observed. The results showed, for three types of carbon sources, the two staining did not grow easily on the sucrose and soluble starch, however they grew strongly on the medium of glucose 3 types of nitrogen sources were able to be decomposed and assimilated, to a wide range of extent, by the two staining fungi.3.The influence of environmental factors on the staining fungi.Under different temperature, PH value conditions, the staining fungi were cultured, and their growth characteristics were observed. The results showed, the two staining fungi were all capable of growing in the temperature range of 10 to 35℃,and BotyrdPilodia theobromae Pat.was even able to grow at 40℃, C.the optimum growth temperature was in the range of 24 to 28℃.The two staining fungi were basically able to grow on medium with PH value ranging from 4to8. More specifically, PH value from 6to6.5 was suitable of their growth,4. Chemical control of the staining fungi.Fungicidal circle experiments were conducted to determine the inhibiting effect of 5 chemicals against the 2 staining fungi. The fungicidal circle experiment showed that, chemical of CTL,TEB,Cu-8 were all found to have good fungicidal action against the 2 staining fungi. It also seemed that mixture for most chemicals demonstrated better fungicidal effect than single alone, and the results are consistent with the selection of inhibitory, killing concentration and non-vitro test.
