Poplar Multiple Operation's Mode Analyzing And Countermeasure Researching Of Siyang County In Jiangsu Province

Agroforestry is an effective path to improve used-efficiency of unit area soil, save resource and ameliorate environment, promote agriculture and forestry developing sustainly, healthily and stably, add farmer's income.Siyang County of Jiangsu Province is a famous town of Italy-Poplar in China. There are 600 thousand mu large-scale poplars in Siyang, abundant woody resources provide wide developing space to agroforestry. At present, the county has realized 150 thousand mu area of agroforestry, has exploited forest-vegetable mode, forest-fowl mode, forest-livestock mode, forest- edible fungi mode, forest-herbal medicine mode over 20 different modes. Although SiYang County has got many achievements, there are still many problems to resolve and improve incessantly.The thesis is taking SiYang County's natural resource, economy, agriculture and developed level of agroforestry as background, investigating the main modes of poplar multiple operation in Siyang County. Selecting typical modes of poplar multiple operation and analyzing the economic benefit, result shows: poplar-grazed hen multiple operation mode's poplar timber yield is highest among all modes; poplar-cap fungus multiple operation mode's average annual value of output is highest among all, it is over tenfold than pure poplar mode, all multiple operation modes'average annual value of output is higher than pure poplar mode; all multiple operation modes'average annual net income is higher than pure poplar mode, the highest is the mode of poplar-cap fungus multiple operation, the second is poplar-shed's tomato multiple operation; poplar-grazed hen multiple operation mode's ratio of output to input is highest among all modes.Taking AHP to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of typical multiple operation modes, result shows: poplar-cap fungus multiple operation mode's quantitative value of comprehensive benefit is extremely surpass others, local government should mainly spread the best mode. In addition, the comprehensive benefits of poplar-shed's tomato, poplar-grazed hen and poplar-ryegrass-goose are also considerable, local famers could select appropriate modes to operate according to the actual situation, in order to add product's diversity of multiple operation, consequently achieved the goal of using resource fully, ameliorating ecological environment, improving people's living standard and so on.The thesis finally via research of SiYang's multiple operation modes, finding the problems, and proposing countermeasure to insufficient: (1) completing leader's system, consummating policy planning; (2) increasing comprehensive developed work, expanding sacle of multiple operation; (3) strengthening spreaded system of agricultural technical service, consolidating cultivated professional; (4) perfecting net of market currency, building platform of information service.
