The study with a aim to research the diversities of soil nematodes and distribution characteristics of soil nematodes and soil mites under different land use types in agro-pastural ecotone, discussing the relationship between nematodes, mites and soil environmental factors. The community characteristics of nematodes and mites as ecological indicators and combined with physico-chemical properties of soil to evaluate the ecological health of different land use types. The results are as follows:The number of nematodes, nematodes genus and mites are: Fencing enclosure pasture>Leymus chinensis field>Alfalfa field>Corn field, and the number of nematodes and mites increased with the extension of plant growth period; the nematodes and mites in Fencing enclosure pasture and Leymus chinensis field has siganificant negative correlation with the soil depth, and the surface aggregation phenomenon is siganificant, there is no surface aggregation in alfalfa field and corn field.A total of 60138 individuals of soil nematodes are captured in four kinds of land use types, which belonged to 2 classes, 7 orders, 24 families and 49 genera, and the individual density was 606 inds/l00g dry soil. Dominant groups are Pararotylenchus and Helicotylenchus, common groups numbers are l7, 30 groups are rare generas. 8155 individuals of 32 genera are captured in Alfalfa field. Arcobeloides, Nagelus, Helicotylenchus and Pararotylenchus are the dominant genera; a total of 5696 individuals of 30 genera are captured in Corn field, Acrobeles and Tylenchorhynchu are the dominant genera; a total of 14316 individuals of 39 genera were captured in Leymus chinensis field, Helicotylenchus and PararotyLenchus are the dominant genera; a total of 31971 individuals of 40 genera were captured in Fencing enclosure pasture, Helicotylenchus and Tylenchus being the dominant genera. The percentage community functional groups of soil nematode in four kinds of use types all are: Plant-parasites>Bacterivores>Predators-Omnivores>Fungivores; The WI Index is: Corn field
