| The field experiments were carried out at the experimental farm of Yangzhou University in 2008-2009. By analysising effects of glyphosate spraying on dry matter production and yield components and sugar-nitrogen accumulation in glyphosate-resistant rapeseed,the main results were as follows:1,Spraying glyphosate at bolting stage,dry matter of various organs and seed yield of the glyphosate-resistant rapeseed reduced at the beginning of flower and ending of flower stage and maturing stage.Reduction of seed yield was mainly due to a decrease in numbers of pod,and was less affected by seed number per pod and 1000-seed weight.2,Spraying glyphosate on glyphosate-resistant rapeseed at bolting stage,soluble sugar content and total amount soluble sugar and starch content and total amount starch of various organs obviously increased at the beginning and ending of flower stage and maturing stage;nitrogen content and total amount nitrogen of various organs obviously reduced;soluble sugar to N ratio of various organs had increased obviously.3,Spraying glyphosate on glyphosate-resistant rapeseed at bolting stage,soluble protein content and chlorophyll content of leaf reduced at a week after bolting stage and beginning of flower and full flowering stage;soluble protein content and chlorophyll content of pod shell reduced;free amino acid of leaf increased at a week after the bolting stage and beginning of flower and full flowering stage. 4,Under the conditions of N,P,K and no fertilizer application,the indices above of sprayed glyphosate have similar change tendency.5,The glyphosate affect physiological metabolism obviously,free amino acid content increased may reduce the effects of glyphosate on the rapeseed. After spraying of glyphosate. There was a tendency that various organs sugar increased and nitrogen reduced,that may be mainly due to the decline of the synthesis of nitrogen content matter. |
