Castanea mollissima.BL is one kind of chestnut plants, which is one of the important economic varieties of trees. It is an important way to get profit that Castanea garden has a intercropping model before it crown closure. There are many patterns of Castanea intercropping:intercropping systems (?) Castanea with crops and Castanea with medicinal herbs.Therefore researchers has done much work on Castanea, and research intercrops effect of soil nutrient and fruit quality. It is rare to see allelochemicals between intercrops and Castanea, intercrops and intercrops.Huiaihuang,which is from Huairou in Beijing, was choosen as the samples in this paper,and Medicago sativa, Astragalus spp, Glycine max, Arachis hypogaea and Ipomoea batatas Lam. were choosen as intercrop filler planting filler. Potting experiment illustrates the scientificity of intercropping pattern, and field experiment can indicate the inter specific crossing relationship and biochemistry between Castanea and intercrop filler planting filler.Conclusions:1,Potting experiment:(1) 0.2g/ml,0.1g/ml and 0.05g/ml three concentration grads no obvious allelopathy was detected in intercropfillerplantingfiller by Castanea leach liquor and surface soil leach liquor. Different dispose to intercropfillerplantingfiller has no obvious impact on seed sprout, young seeding growth and physical signs.(2) No allelochemicals was detected in Castanea leach liquor by gas chromatographic analysis(3) Medicago sativa, Astragalus spp, Glycine max, Arachis hypogaea and Ipomoea batatas Lam. can intercrop with Castanea.2,Field experiment:(1) Intercrop filler planting tiller has remarkable influence on nutrient of 0-25cm soil. intercropping and CK consume soil nutrient, contrast with CK, intercropping of Alfalfa,Arachis and Glycine abated plant consume of N, P,K and soil organic matter.(2) Content of N,P and K in leaf has a decreasing trend during Castanea mollissima.BL in intercropping field. Content of N,P and K in castanea mollissima.BL leaf in intercropping of astragalus spp. and ipomoea batatas Lam. is lower than CK, and its net photosynthesis rate is lower than CK.Soil intercropping of arachis hypogaea and glycine max has a relative high rate of net photosynthesis rate compared with CK,and it can fixed more solar energy.There is no obvious interspecies difference although it has a distinct "M" trend in net photosynthesis rate.Transpiration in intercropping of ipomoea batatas Lam. and astragalus spp. is low that indicats that the tree has water stress,and intercropfillerplantingfiller consumed much more soil water.(3) Intercropping of Glycine max, Arachis hypogaea and Medicago sativa can enhance the amylum,soluble sugar,protein and mineral element content,such as K,Mg,Ca.Fruit quality of intercropping of Astragalus spp. and ipomoea batatas Lam..is inferior to CK.(4) From production aspect, Glycine max, Arachis hypogaea and Medicago sativa are suitable in extensive management Castanea mollissima.BL garden.For no obvious allelopathy,the three kinds of plants can freely crop rotation. "Castanea mollissima.BL--Medicago sativa-- Glycine max" , "Castanea mollissima.BL--Medicago sativa-- Arachis hypogaea"and "Castanea mollissima.BL-- Arachis hypogaea-- Glycine max" are excellent intercropping combination. It is not suitable to intercropping of ipomoea batatas Lam. and astragalus spp..,if so,more fertilizer and water is needed. Crop rotation of "Castanea mollissima.BL-- Medicago sativa--Glycine max-- Arachis hypogaea"is feasible.
